AJ and Collin did a great job installing the chair lifts. Even returning when one remote moved both chairs, even though it was late in the day. The chairs are working very well.

Luis and Jovagha were a dream team. They are quick, efficient, and incredibly caring. They didn’t just install the chair lift; they patiently helped my mother into it, adjusted the chair so she could sit comfortably, and made sure everything was safe and perfect for her. My mother is now able to leave her home with her husband to go to their summer home in NH. Life Way Mobility's professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding. If you’re looking for a company that genuinely cares and delivers exceptional results, Life Way Mobility is the one to call NOW! I can’t recommend them enough. I would never recommend this company. I have had nothing but problems from their scheduling, installation and taking a ramp back and not refunding me. It took several phone calls to get them to repair their damage, and I have been calling them for several weeks. Amanda promised a refund and I still haven't received it. My husband became immobile suddenly so it was necessary for me to respond immediately to what he needed in order to come home. I paid over $6000 for a ramp. They installed a ramp at entry that would not allow my door to close and drilled holes in my brick that broke the bricks. I had problems with the installation date being changed last minute. At a time when you are just trying to cope and do what is needed for your loved one, this company created so many more problems. I absolutely regret using them. They are great until they get the money.

The best & nicest servicemen have ever dealt with…we purchased our chair 13 years ago from Lifeway & have had several service people out for various things…but Eric & Jose are so a doubt, amazing! Not only did they solve the issue, but they were so empathetic when learning of my husband, Paul’s, passing ..and flying solo here little scary…they assured me they had my back & they will always be the Dynamic Duo I request… Ty both so very much!

The install was also handled very professionally. Antwann fully explained the chair functions, battery life and cleaning the copper.

Luke did a great job getting our 2 stairlifts operating smoothly again, replacing the batteries, cleaning, oiling, adjusting, etc., all within an hour. He was easy to talk to, explained everything well, and was altogether pleasant to deal with. I am completely satisfied with the service received today.

I want to that Anthony and Moe for their help with me getting my stairlift and such a short time to have it installed. Klye the installer was so nice and helpful I would recommend you with 5*.

the company responded quickly to diagnose the problem. they ordered a new motherboard and installed it a few days later

Wish that price would be 20% less based on estimated materials $2.5K ans installation $700±.

This review is strictly in regard to the two young men, Dakota and Mackenzie, who installed the stairlift on 7/28/2026 - not the company as a whole. These two men were courteous, professional and answered all the questions that were asked of them. When they were finished, everything was cleaned up, they ensured we knew how to use the stairlift properly and gave a phone number if there were any further questions.

Oh my gosh! Eric & Ty did my stairlift install this morning and it's so amazing! I feel so much better now that I can ride down to the basement as my legs are sometimes weak. They were such a pleasure during the install, poor guys even got stung by bees in the backyard. From the first sales visit to the install was a wonderful experience. Thank you, Lifeway Mobility, for making my life so much safer!

Greg was prompt, efficient and competent. After installing the stairlift he showed me how to use it, made sure that I was comfortable with it, told me some troubleshooting basics, and emphasized that he would be available should problems arise.

Installers, Jason and Jeremiah Windle explained everything. Answered all questions. Provided documentation. Noted how to reconnect for additional and questions and maintenance.

I think this is my 4th review. Finally after 15 weeks, some bad reviews, emails and phone calls the company finally replaced my torn seat that was damaged during installation. I don’t know what is going on with this company, but looks like a lot of people are leaving. The general manager called me a few weeks ago to talk about the seat replacement. I contacted him yesterday with another issue and he no longer works there. Now the big issue is with Bruno this $7000.00 outside all weather chair stops working every time it rains and the cover that came with it is not water proof maybe water resistant.
