I purchased a Highclere 3 pendant light fitting from the lighting company Leeds in September but when it came was too bright gold I returned it and received another one in brushed gold . It is perfect very impressed with the customer service especially Nathan who sorted it out and replaced it for me . I would recommend this company for any light fittings for your home 5 🌟 stars

Poor Customer Service
I wouldn’t recommend this company they have a very short returns period and the staff are rude. I am now stuck with a pair of curtains I don’t want. Looks like others have had a poor experience too.
I have just noticed you have replied to my initial review and stated that you no longer sell Laura Ashley curtains. Funny that they are still on your website. I will be contacting trading standards

Never buy from this company. Products were not what they showed and the quality was poor, when I explained this they would not allow me to return even when i offered to pay postage. They claimed this was a made to order product which is not true as they are a generic wall light. SO so disappointing, please do not buy from them!!!!! Terrible customer services.

Refund not received
I ordered garden lights on 1st January 2026 unfortunately the lights weren't suitable, i contacted the lighting company and arranged a return, since then I have emailed the company on 4 separate occasions regarding my refund, ive had no reply from them, and no refund has been received.

If I could give minus stars I would. Wish I had looked on here first before ordering. AVOID> they have taken £75 for a pendant March 25th, I got the confirmation email and since then nothing. I have emailed multiple times, no response. I have disputed the payment with my bank, but as other review seem to say they have closed up shop, doubt I am going to see that anytime soon.

Ordered on 11th March, received an email acknowledging my order and payment. No further correspondence for weeks. Phoned. Not able to speak to anyone. Left 2 phone messages and completed 2 proformas on the company website. Nothing. Finally, sent an email response to the email I had received from them acknowledging my order urging an urgent reply. Nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Company no longer exists
Order never turned up on time, no communication from either shop or via email. After repeated comms, was told the light fitting was out of stock, but I could have a different one in store. Still waiting on the lamps after 10 weeks, no responses to emails, phone rings & rings. Shop front in Taunton is shuttered up for the last few weeks. Have proceeded with a refund through my credit card company now. Website still allows orders to be placed, so avoid ordering anything!

I’ve heard nothing despite sending two emails this week. I have emailed today demanding a refund. If no joy there I will look to my bank to request a charge back and report it to action fraud

1 star because I can't give 0. Absolute scam. Paid for a light in November 2025 that was apparently in stock. Never arrived. Chased in December, was told stock would arrive in January 2026. Went back on the site in March to see the product was again listed as available. Emailed, got a response saying it would be dispatched in the next few days. 3 weeks later, hasn't turned up. Sent 3 emails since, all ignored. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Website stated 4-5 weeks for dispatch. Waited 5 weeks and sent an email with no response. Sent another email a week later with no response. Called and couldn’t get through so left a message with no response. Called again a couple of days later and no response. Raised a dispute with my bank to get a refund.

Yeah, pretty sure these guys are going into administration. Have chased but I suspect that's £80 I won't see again. Will look into my consumer rights options. Do not use.

Same experience as all the others...I imagine this company stopped trading long ago but still happy to take customers' money.
Ordered on the 17th March, website said 5-7 working days for dispatch. Emailed twice with no response, phone number rings out. Filed a Paypal dispute and was refunded immediately so this company must be known to them. Waste of my time.

My experience is the same as all the other negative ones on this site. | paid for a light back in November and they kept telling me delivery was delayed to them and as soon as it was in, they would send my order out. Unfortunately, I trusted them and as 120 days have elapsed since paying by credit card, I can't claim my £150 payment back. I am gutted. If this has happened to you, don't delay in making a chargeback on your credit card. These people are scum.

Same experience as all recent reviews, paid, received an order number and then nothing for a month - no response to emails or calls. Phone line is in a loop - leave a message or speak to an agent? -> speak to an agent -> leave a message or speak to an agent? -> speak to an agent -> ... same to infinity.
As one of the recent reviewers said - looks like the company quietly gone bankrupt (but the website is still working an happy to take people's money!).
Thankfully I was buying with a credit card who did a prompt chargeback.
