Over the moon with my rug from Lilla and the service was second to none. Thank you

I have been looking for a Persian rug for ages and kept going back to Lilla Rugs website but couldn't find the right one. As it is a family business I decided to email with my requirements. The email exchange was over the weekend and so many lovely rugs were sent for me to look at. I nearly got there and the one I wanted was sold but Camilla found me a new one by Monday morning. I am writing this on Tuesday afternoon, it has already been delivered and is in my lounge and it is absolutely stunning. I love it! This company comes highly recommended. Thank you.

great selection of beautiful rugs, and amazing customer service and knowledge...
look forward to buying more!

Really quick delivery and the rug surpassed my expectations. Excellent quality and very beautiful -fits my lounge perfectly. My cat loves it too and has taken up residence on it in front on the fire.

Great experience - love the rugs

We bought a lovely kilim runner rug that now looks great in our hallway. Communication was fantastic and the carpet was delivered in a very well wrapped package. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for brilliant and well priced rugs.

Great service and quality, everything was really quick and packed with lots of care and special details. Would definitely shop here again.

Loved the rug. Arrived promptly. No issues whatsoever.

Very helpful service and a great selection of rugs

An absolute pleasure to work with! Lilla Rugs offer a beautiful selection of quality rugs and provide excellent customer service. Camilla, founder of the company, would literally carry 25 rugs on her back herself, to please even the toughest client. They also have a very informative blog, which we definitely recommend checking out! Super happy with the selected rugs, we can't wait to specify them for a project very soon!
