I have used coco replacement toothbrush heads for some years now. They are an excellent product. Their customer service is easy to contact and excellent.

I paid for 3 packs of 6 sponges but received only 1 pack. There is no phone number available to contact this company if there is a problem. I have pretty much now been charged £4/ sponge!! Outrageous. Clearly someone only packed one pack of 6 for my order. The email reply I received was basically ‘send us proof’ and ‘was the package tampered with’! The answer is NO! It was not tampered with, you sent only 1/3 of my order. The fact there is no phone contact for this company is a red flag. If I had known, I would not have ordered. Very poor customer service for what is essentially an already very expensive and poor product. (Sponges are tiny)

The LiveCoco brush head feels more soft and gentle than my original plastic one. And it is much more comfortable to use.

They delivered exactly what they promised and in good time. Excellent service at a good price.

My parcel arrived timely and in good condition. The packaging was enough to protect the contents but no more than what was necessary. The product itself were toothbrush heads for an electric toothbrush. I chose these heads because previously I was using the branded heads and I could taste the chemicals in my mouth after using them. Because I have a sensitivity to chemicals I don't use mouthwash or toothpaste so this was upsetting for me. So I was specifically searching for toothbrush heads for an electric toothbrush that were chemical free. Also, for me, these toothbrush heads last a bit longer too. So far I am very happy with live Coco. I think that this is a company that can be trusted to deliver on promises and quality and at a reasonable price.

Effortless ordering and delighted with the product.

I am very keen to recycle and reduce waste. Having recently started using an electric toothbrush I was delighted to find these replacement heads you can recycle. I also use eco friendly cleaning cloths and cleaners so ordered these as well. I was amazed when the sponges which look like pieces of card came to life when put in water. Look great in my kitchen and work really well

Good little shop, delivery was fine and it was the only place I could find what I actually wanted!

The LiveCoco Philips Sonicare compatible Electric Brush Heads burned the motor of my toothbrush after 3 days of using them so they costed me £200 for a new one. If your aim is to reduce waste, you will end up wasting the whole toothbrush

I'm really pleased with my toothbrush heads and toothpaste tablets. The heads are much better than the supermarket brand I used to buy; bigger head, which really feels like its covering more area than I'm used to, which has got to be good.
I haven't used the tablets yet, but have been interested in them for a while, but always thought they were a little expensive. Recycleable/reusable tins as well 👍🏼
The best part is that they are recyclable, so they don't go to landfill. Anything I can do to prevent that is good 👍🏼 Plus a UK business, so win win.

I bought their dental floss as an eco alternative as reviews all seemed positive. The floss won't even go between most of my teeth before it breaks, not a good product for the money.

Very good experience. Quality items worth the price. These are environmentally friendly but work!

I love the product and bought it for my 5 years old child.
Easy order, fast delivery and the bit that I like the most is that it’s easy to send back the heads for recycling.

I didn't find they cleaned my teeth well and it is not clear what the bristles are made of. They say 'charcoal' but it seems they are 'recycled plastic'. This is extremely unhealthy according to my dentist as plastic bristles are a major source of micro-plastics in our bodies, and thereafter in the environment after us.

I liked the idea of using recyclable brush heads but am disappointed with the results in practice. Firstly, it was not clear from the marketing blurb that the used heads had to be returned to the company for recycling. There were no instructions or return package included with my order.
Secondly and more importantly, I found that these brushes simply don't clean my teeth as well as I would like.
In summary, a potentially worthwhile but ultimately unsuccessful experiment.

Excellent company! I bought 12 toothbrush heads which come with a stamped addressed envelope to enable me to post them back once used to go into their closed loop recycling system. I have gone plastic free as much as possible but still wanted to use my electric toothbrush so finding this was brilliant! I now know the toothbrush heads will not go to waste! Even if recycled them some other way, this is easier and less hassle as they do not need to be sorted in a normal recycle bin. LiveCoco knows exactly what to do with them and has the tech to do so! I think they make walking sticks out of them? Thank you for helping me with my plastic free quest!

I sent my unopened package via tracked over 2 weeks ago. I have contacted the company twice and nobody has had the courtesy to reply to me.
If I don't receive a refund I'll have to get my bank involved to recover the funds.
Live coco, why do you risk receiving negative reviews because you don't monitor your inbox?

The company are seeking to have my review deleted because they don't agree with what I've written. I have opened a Visa dispute through my bank. So, just to reiterate - I sent my package back via tracked unopened and it was delivered on 8th August. I have written to LiveCoco twice, but nobody has had the courtesy to reply to me.

Absolutely 10/10 customer service and 10/10 products. At first there was issues with my order where only half git sent but everything was swiftly correct after a few emails. They even replied on a Sunday which is usually a off day from everywhere else I've seen. And the products are very well designed and great to use. I especially love the tooth paste and tongue scraper. I also can't wait to soon try out their toothbrush heads when my run out!! Thank you to the whole team

This company offer a brilliant range of sustainable items.
I love the recycled electric toothbrush heads that fit my electric toothbrush and they offer a recycling service to recycle them afterwards. I also bought the eco dental floss.
A friendly and efficient company, also great value of money!
