Fantastic service from Steve, he recommended various options for our needs. Once the decision was made he was super responsive in terms of ordering the machines and arranging the engineer to come to site. The engineer that came to site was brilliant, super patient with the team and great at explaining the workings of the machines.

From beginning to end the service was fantastic, really helpful, and the machine is amazing.

Managed to get our machine in very short time , all while I was half way around the world in Australia. Well done Steve . Also a fantastic deal with the 3 year finance.

Awesome service from Gino and Steve the engineer. He came in during a busy service. Worked around the kitchen staff perfectly and trained me on the machine while I kept having to nip off. Patience of a Saint and showed me how to make delicious coffee and look after the machine. Definitley recommend!

Purchased a coffee machine in order to deliver a qualification. GIno was very helpful in guiding me through what was available to meet our exact requirements, everything was delivered on time and an engineer came to set the machine up and give guidance. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful. The only small issue was that the accompanying grinder came with a European plug!
