Amazing customer service! I asked if my bulk bag might be able to be delivered in the morning. By the time I had got back from my dog walk at 9.30 am, it had been delivered to the exact location I had requested (the next day after ordering too) Thank you!! ⭐️ I was initially concerned that the top soil bulk bag might not have been screened enough for grass seed prior to purchase, however, I needn’t have worried. Out of the whole bulk bag, I only picked out 30 small twigs and stones in total. If I had used it for bedding, I wouldn’t have bothered! It had a lovely sand element to it as well. Perfect at an amazing price!

Charcoal EXTREMELY well packaged previous deliveries were on palats which was good enough but after hacking through the cardboard charcoal lump wood was the usual excellent quality. A bit pricey but Logs Direct remain my go to bbq supplier. Would definitely recommend.

Reiceived my 2 tubs of Buxus feed quickly,after that Logs Direct went down in my expectation,opened the cardboard box 1 plastic tub was cracked all the fertiliser spread all over,probably happened in transport,if it had been packaged properly it wouldn't of happened,it should of been replaced by Logs Direct,all they offered was 10% off my next order,hopefully they see this reveiw,if it gets replaced great I'll keep ordering products off them if not I'll buy elsewhere.

I did try contacting earlier but couldn’t get through . I was very disappointed with the Slug Gone pellets . When I got half way down the tub it was like they had been rubbing together & I had to sieve them because there was absolutely loads of dust like they had disintegrated & therefore lost a lot of the pellets !!!

Ordered from here three times and each time the free delivery has been inside the promised window.
The wood chips for chickens are not available locally so thankfully these are very fairly priced and decent quality.

Ordered on next day delivery and was advised by Emma office manager, that it would be delivered between 12.25 / 1.25 on Friday, 15th May, but it did not arrive.
I contacted Emma again, advising that I needed coal, I have arthritis and look after a disabled person, so I cannot always get out, it's a very cold house, and electric heaters were no good.
She replied, relating to my situation, I know your frustrations. I, too, look after a disabled person, and I would receive the coal on Monday, but when I asked her to confirm it would be delivered on Monday, she did not reply, now I know why.
It has not arrived again today Monday, and I have had no reply to my email this morning.
She even said I will put a note on your account, to only use DPD, which you said the same last time this happened, when it was 1 day late??
Shame on your company, you had plenty of time to sort this out for me to have today.
I don't think they send next day but charge us for this?

How convenient of you to say, you did not get Fridays message even though these are on the same thread as all previous emails I have sent you and the one you replied to later today?
If you had of advised me on Friday I could have ordered from another company.
