Great service provided but the company should be clearer if and how applies discounts based on collection options
The process to book a time slot for pick up was easy to follow. A company representative called me to inform about their estimated time to collect the item.
The company claimed I would have received a discount if I selected the option for the company to collect the item outside the building. I selected that option but it is unclear how that discount has been applied since I was fully charged for the service

We had a bed to be removed on the delivery of a replacement. All contact was very professional and the removal was done efficiently and on time for a reasonable cost

Mattress collection
The payment process was easy and a very reasonable price. Although, I chose a time slot and although the guys were a little late, I had good communication from team - and it was cold, dark and raining - but they still collected! Would recommend.

Once booked, I was given a time slot - they phoned me 15 mins before and arrived promptly within the time allocated. They came in and took away the equipment very quickly
