Easy to book - really efficient. Absolutely no nonsense. Did what they said on the phone. They arrived a bit early and I had to ask them to wait and they were fine. Came and efficiently removed three very large sofas. No hassle for me at all. Would book them again.

I’ve used this company twice in the last few months, and they’ve been fantastic both times. They’re incredibly responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. On one occasion, a driver had called in sick, but they still went above and beyond to make sure our collection went ahead as planned. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble, and everyone I’ve dealt with has been polite and professional. Thank you so much for such excellent service—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you.

Excellent service! I couldn't be more impressed with these guys. Great customer service by phone, Whatsapp and email. They communicated clearly and promptly.

I contacted them around lunch time one day, they quoted and booked me in for the following morning. I was pleasantly surprised. I was given a 1 hour window which they arrived within.

Ozzie and his colleague were very polite and friendly, happy to remove their shoes, and overall professional but approachable (and a bit funny - in a good way).

They were especially careful not to scratch walls/doors or bump other furniture.

I was so impressed I almost wish I had more removals for them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and I don't do that lightly. Many thanks to the whole team!

What an amazing company
I needed a large fridge to be disposed of from my premises and came across this company online.
It was a joy to deal with them, Gigi from the customer service was extremely helpful and excellent communication throughout until they came and removed the fridge from my premises with ease and very reasonable price.
I would use this company again and definitely recommend them.

I would only give 1 star for the amazing charming done on the phone to get the booking! 30mins after the booking time-they called and said no one could come till the next day!!

Easy to get a quote based on photos. Clear communication. Very prompt and efficient. Price was reasonable. The clearance guys took care not to damage anything. Would use again.

The guys turned up today on one of the hottest days so far, in order to clear out a load of rubbish including a very heavy settee, a very heavy garden barrel, heavy lifting weights and loads of other rubbish (some of which very heavy) - they worked tirelessly and were very polite and helpful. A big thanks to Maria, Ozzie and Nasim for helping me to tidy up my house!

They were late and increased the price by £200. But were professional and friendly. They worked efficiently and cleared the job in a good amount of time. They were still cheaper than every other quote.

Unprofessional business. Called Friday Quoted £190-£230 for removal (I sent a picture before the quote) booked for Monday 11am-12pm. Monday morning arrives and I get a call saying they can attend at 4pm instead, not pleased as I could’ve gone to work, I wait until 4pm then they arrive and try to charge £300 for a job they already had picture images of. Now I will call the company I was going to call instead, a wasted day entirely.

Booked a waste collection with Junk Bunk for a confirmed 1:00–2:00 PM slot and paid the agreed £130. On the day, the arrival time was pushed back again and again — first to 3:00–4:00 PM, then 4:30–5:00 PM, then “not before 5:40 PM” — and the team didn’t actually turn up until around 7 PM, almost six hours after the booked time. I had travelled in specifically for this and lost the entire day waiting.
What made it worse was the communication. After a certain point the office simply stopped replying to my messages and didn’t answer my call. When I asked for some goodwill for the wasted day, I was told £130 was already the lowest price and the request was then ignored.
To be fair, the two-man team that eventually arrived did the job and removed everything. But the reliability and customer service were genuinely poor — constant delays, no straight answers, and being left in the dark for hours. Based on this I can’t recommend them if you need a collection you can actually plan your day around.

Not reliable.

I booked a service with them, but on the day of the appointment they called to push it back to a later time. A while later, they called again to postpone it even further, still assuring me they would arrive that same day.

After that, they stopped providing any updates altogether. In the end, they didn’t show up and rejected to provide the service the day after due to their busyness.

They completely wasted my time and showed no respect for my schedule. I would not recommend them to anyone who values their time, have job commitments and expects basic professionalism.

Rang Junk Bunk as the person I booked let me down the night before. They were excellent. Price was reasonable. Sent email confirming booking. Came the next day, on time, worked really quickly, polite, helpful and moved furniture very carefully. Excellent service. I’m very impressed & will definitely use them again in the future

I had an old run of four fence panels, posts, scrap wood, garden projects waste and a load of creeping ivy to clear, collection was easy to arrange, ball park quote based on photo, arrived on time, got a call before loading as the load was larger than they had thought, I had anticipated it would be more as my photos did make the load look smaller and was still within budget, team of two who were polite, efficient and quick.
