Absolutely do not use this company. We had already agreed on the price and confirmed the date and time. I had also provided photos and a written list of all the items that needed to be moved. However, when they arrived on-site, they attempted to increase the price by about 40%. Because of this sudden change, we had no choice but to cancel. Based on my experience, their behaviour was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I had to clear furniture from a storage unit at very short notice. Junk Bunk took the stress away. Fast, friendly and effective - on the phone, by email, via WhatsApp and in person. A polite & professional team. I called late Friday afternoon; they came Saturday morning. All I had to carry was the padlock!

The removal job is excellent! A man and a lady arrived in time as we scheduled and they worked efficiently and carefully without damaging any walls. I would lightly recommend their work if anyone need the removal service!

They two men who came to remove my wardrobes and bed frame were very polite and efficient made sure to work fast and cleaned up any mess after them. They had to dismantle everything as it was impossible to get them out of the flat otherwise. They can ready and organised. The lady on the phone was also very polite.

Easy to organise. Friendly and accommodating staff. Kristof and Maria are excellent. No stress/problem. Arrived on time. just showed furnitures to remove. No more questions. cleared quickly with smiling face. really helpful in between the stress of vacating apartment. highly recommended. Removal of American Fridge freezer . Contacted them for quote. Provided pictures, agreed price and fridge was gone within 2 hours. Nice people and good communication..

This was the easiest sofa disposal I have ever done. Charming and helpful people on the phone and doing removal. I had been worrying unnecessarily about how they would get the large sofa out. Didn’t know the company so wasn’t sure they’d even turn up. Helpful, quick, efficient and kind.
