Not as promised, repeatedly.
We booked a slot 7am -12 midday, to take an old mattress. No one came. Someone tried to call at 11:40 to say it wasn’t happening as planned.
We chased and were told they would be there in the later afternoon. No one came.
We chased again and were told we would be called by the team and definitely taken. No one came.
We still have a mattress on our driveway.
Update; someone came at 7:20pm, so I upped to 3stars.

Great service and prices
Great service. I booked it last night and they picked up this morning. They kindly called me 30 minutes before arriving for the pickup. Also I found the prices to be extremely reasonable.

Cheaper than other companies. Got a quote in 30 mins. Collected the next day. Gave me 1 hours notice. Would hire again

Very helpful obliging men but they did…
Very helpful obliging men but they did not have a socket of the right size to dismantle my table. This meant it had to be pulled apart. It could otherwise have been salvaged for re-sale.

Once booked the pickup time
Once booked the pickup time. They called me as they said 20 minutes before arrival. They came picked up the mattress. No buts or ifs. Just taken it, with politeness.

Collected my mattress within 12 hrs of booking
Booked LWM to pick up a mattress as the council couldn’t collect it for 2 months. I booked it at 10pm and they collected it within 12 hours with no fuss! Also v cheap compared to other providers. Highly recommend.

The gentleman I booked with was very thorough and helpful . It was a simple procedure to send photos of the stuff we needed removing , and a reasonable price. The guys that came to take our rubbish rang 10 minutes before arrival and removed the items from our property as they were too heavy for me to lift.
