Brilliant customer service, very helpful. I placed my order and received confirmation email shortly after. Then received email giving estimated delivery date. The beautiful ring turned up on time and since taking delivery it has not left my finger. Also received a certificate of authenticity with the ring. I would definitely recommend this company.

Brilliant service from customer care from the start of the purchase and a promised delivery date was met and email the night before explaining the process and delivery schedule. The ring itself was stunning and everything I imaged from what I chose on the configuration. Very happy fiancé and definitely recommend this company and service. Very happy customer.

Customer service very patient and spent time going through many options for a wedding band that would suit and engagement ring.
Communication was always quick and once agreed on a design, customisation and creation was exactly to timeline, delivered on the expected day, well packaged and product is exactly as expected.

The website was easy to use, we selected the diamond type, size etc and the ring setting. All very easy to select with good explanations of the various options.
The ring was completed and dispatched ahead of time and the packaging was excellent. Inside was a lovely box for the ring, certificates for the stones and a valuation certificate.
All in all a professional service, easy to navigate and quality product at the end. We reccomend to everyone.

Easy to use website, chose exactly what I wanted

Very easy process, ring arrived exactly when stated and it was beautiful. Being able to order the size and clarity specific to what i wanted was much better than buying a ring over thr counter. It was even larger carat than I had ordered as I guess they match the style quality and size of diamond as close as they can to your specification without going below what you ordered. On top of this, it was far better value than buying at a jewellers, maybe 40% cheaper and with 0% finance. I spent a lot of time looking for a suitable place to buy a ring and I was nervous at ordering online, but I have not been disappointed and I would use Lorel again in the future!

My partner bought me an engagement ring from this company, in under 24 hours a prong snapped and the diamond fell out. While I can fully accept accidents can happen during manufacturing the response from the manager was shocking. Not once was I offered an apology, instead was continually told it was something I had done. I was told the situation was the equivalent of buying a car and crashing it on the first day?? I appreciate the fact I have been offered a refund or repair so have opted for a refund and will be sourcing a new ring elsewhere. I have also been contacted by numerous other companies who are heartbroken at the situation and have offered to gift me a ring for nothing! This brand have offered a refund or repair but were so set on trying to upsell a stronger metal rather than taking accountability. If we opted for another metal we would have to pay £200+. The most hurtful part was that in one of the most special moments in my life it was ruined by this ladies lack of empathy.

High quality item , good value, on time.good delivery. Only slight irritation was that I had specified a size J1/4 and this was agreed by email. But in the event it was barely a J and we had to get it fixed at a professional jeweller.
