Not happy with the material of these items I bought considering the price I paid. Package was poor too, just not what I expected especially as it is for a gift.

To reassure you our designs are printed on the highest quality, Oeko-tex certified jersey fabric. Which is tested and certified to be safe for babies and children, long lasting, and kind to the most sensitive of skin.
You were not charge for the postage or packaging service selected, however you may request gift wrapping & and select an upgraded postage and packaging service at the checkout.
We always encourage customers to reach out to us if they encounter an issue with their order in the first instance as reviews are so incredibly important to micro businesses like ours, especially in such a difficult climate, and we always look to resolve any issues satisfactorily if we are made aware.

Oh my!
Oh my!! The outfit I ordered is just adorable. It was a gift for a friend's new granddaughter and they loved it saying it is their favourite outfit. I can see exactly why. The material is beautiful and of the highest quality. Very different to anything bought on any highstreet. Just so lovely to have something different to the run of the mill. Thankyou so much.

I received the wrong order and as soon as I made the company aware, they sorted it out straight away! They were very kind and let us keep the order I received and sending out the correct one. The order I did receive is very well made and quality looks great.

Product lovely-plastic packaging, not lovely
The outfit I ordered is lovely. It took a wee while to come but understandable as this is a small business. I would have prefered it to come in sustainable packaging though and that is why I have given 4 stars

We absolutely agree re packaging - we used to have biodegradable mailers but unfortunately found folks were not keen to pay the increased shipping cost. For a while we covered it ourselves but in the current climate it is unsustainable for a small business to do so. It is very much top of our agenda just as soon as we (hopefully!) it make it out the others side of the current financial climate.

Quick delivery after some difficulty with purchase
Quick delivery and, as always, a great product! Purchase was made difficult due to the offer (342) arriving a day late and my difficulty opening the payment page (issues with Apple?) but dialogue with an employee straightened things out but it was too complex and took too much time.
PS I did not appreciate being asked to tip on an on line purchase - it was tacky!

I ordered two items and forgot to tick a box for frills customer service responded withing in the day so I could correct my mistake with no issues items arrived very quick ! The qaulity of the items I received are absolutely amazing top qaulity perfect fit bright vibrant colours amazing unique pattern ! Amazing material super soft and stretchy and also the qaulity of the stitching ! Will definitely be recommending to everyone I no ! This little company is definitely worth the money you can tell the love and hardwork that has been put into each item ! A new customer for as long as they remain open !!! 😀
