The consultant, John, was very engaging, clear, knowledgeable and professional with us and offered the impression that nothing was too much trouble. One small remark I would make - and this does not deter me from offering a 5-star rating, however I wonder if the good folk at LoveitBookit might consider some kind of "loyalty discount" for repeat customers. There might be a six-star rating then !!
