I have tried to give them the benefit of my doubts but I seriously believe my initial thoughts were correct. I received an email this morning giving me my updated booking confirmation detailing my flights booking reference for said flights. As my husband and I are both over 70 with mobility issues requiring wheelchair assistance at all airports I decided to contact KLM to get suitable seats on the aircraft for our flights.KLM were extremely helpful but when it came to confirming our seats I was told that as Love it Book it had not finalised this our seats could not be booked I was told to contact Love it Book it to ask them to finalise our flight details in order for KLM to confirm the seats as they can only hold them for 24 hours. I did email Love it Book it to ask them to do this but they have ignored me. I am now concerned that all the seats to suit us will be gone before it is finalised. How I wish I had never went to Love it Book it.

Excellent service from John. I called loveitbookit with a list of questions after seeing the Peru /Antarctic cruise package on the tv. He answered all my questions for example hotel accommodation, transfers, tipping in Peru etc. Great knowledge, friendly and didn’t feel rushed or pressured into anything. I’ve cruised a fair bit and this is my first booking with the company and a good experience so far.

First time to use LoveitBookit. The booking process was very simple and quick. Olivia was fast to respond and answered any questions I had.

Called about a holiday to the far east which we had seen on their YouTube channel. John Hull was very helpful and talked us through our options including extending our holiday at the beginning and end of the cruise. This is our second time using Love It Book It and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of booking a cruise. They certainly know their stuff and can’t do enough for you. 10/10 👍🏽

We have just arrived back from hotel and cruise package booked with Love it Book it round Italy and Croatia and just want to say a huge thank you for making it so effortless. Our hotel was changed in Venice and the port then closed Due to works so changed port. Love it book it kept us up to date with everything, coordinated all the changes for us. The cruise itself was fantastic. Mark Johnson for booking then Jaqui(can’t remember surname) helped with all the changes, then Hailey Mann with flight enquiries I made.

Then today Becky Saddoo helped us book our next cruise and hotel
Stays for Singapore and Vietnam. Amazing lady who made sure she went over everything and even more when two hours later she called to say the email had bounced back saying undelivered, but we had recieved it.

Within 2 minutes of booking our next cruise it was added to our celebrity cruise app!!

Have just booked for first time with this company. I was a bit nervous as I do like to do more complex holidays face to face but they had such a good deal on a cruise to French Polynesia with Silversea that I decided to make the enquiry. I spoke to Olivia and expressed my concerns and she was just amazing and so helpful. She went through my list of questions and answered everything with knowledge and a bit of humour too which was nice. I was so happy with her reassuring help that we booked straight away. This company is one of a kind. Cruise to South Pacific taken in March was absolutely wonderful. Booking process through all the updates through to final ticketing a breeze. So impressed booked for Australia cruise already for next year.
