Booked a Norwegian Sun cruise through Loveitbookit, Port Louis to Cape Town, 29 April–10 May 2026. The cruise was sold with five ports of call. Two were delivered. The other three were cancelled to sea days, and the fourth "substituted" with an early arrival at Cape Town — except Cape Town was already the disembarkation port and the early arrival was for immigration processing, not tourism.
The two ports we'd specifically booked the cruise for — Antsiranana (Tuk-Tuk tour) and Port Elizabeth (private game reserve) — were both cancelled.
When I complained to Loveitbookit as the UK package organiser, the response was disappointing:

They told me "refunds are processed in the original transaction currency." Mine wasn't. I paid £905.97 in pounds and was refunded $1,234 in dollars, leaving me ~£60 short at the actual retail conversion rate I can get at the Post Office. They didn't engage with that point.
They said port fees couldn't be refunded on a per-port basis. Whether they're itemised on the invoice or not, port fees are pass-through charges that the cruise line didn't incur if the ship didn't call. Keeping them is unjust enrichment.
They told me the itinerary changes were "operational and safety reasons" without specifying which port was missed for which reason — no per-port substantiation as the Package Travel Regulations 2018 require.
They closed the complaint on the basis that NCL's onboard offer (a $100 onboard credit announced after the shops had closed, and a 20% future cruise credit) was "fair and reasonable."

This is a UK consumer who paid a UK travel agent for a UK package holiday. Loveitbookit is the legally responsible organiser under the Package Travel Regulations 2018, and their response to a substantial complaint was to forward NCL's position back to me with their letterhead on top. I have now had to escalate to a Letter Before Action and a Section 75 claim with my card issuer.
If you're booking a complex international cruise, I'd think carefully about whether you want this company between you and the cruise line when things go wrong.

We also discovered once on board that the ship was repositioning and only on this route to be sold, so the sailing was not at the best time of year, had we known this we would have chose a different cruise.

This is the second year my sister and I have booked through LoveitBookit. Olivia Smith is an excellent representative of the company offering very helpful detailed information and on destinations. An excellent experience. Highly recommended
