Extremely disappointed with the service…
Extremely disappointed with the service I have received from this travel company.
Not only were there issues with my flights, but during the process of trying to resolve them, I was sent another customer’s holiday information, including their home address. This is a serious data protection concern and left me questioning how securely customer information is handled.
To make matters worse, I spent an entire day waiting for a promised callback that never came. After hearing nothing, I had to call again myself, only to be told that the representative dealing with my case would email me instead of calling as originally promised.
The lack of communication, poor customer service, and apparent mishandling of personal data have made what should have been an exciting holiday experience unnecessarily stressful.
I expect much better from a travel company entrusted with customers’ personal information and travel arrangements. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend them.
In response to your feedback . Megan did assist because you had put an incorrect name down which prevented me from checking in myself. When the name had eventually been changed, I emailed Megan to say I could now complete checking myself and thanked her. You say in your reply the flights changed in mid May, so I’m now wondering why I wasn’t informed until June. I have now started my holiday and will not allow this to ruin it. However, as you have deleted my comments on all your social media platforms, along with those from the rest of my party I felt it necessary to try and save others the hassle of booking with you by leaving a review here on a trusted site where you cannot pick and choose which posts are visible to others.

We're sorry to read that you were disappointed with your recent experience. We appreciate that the issues you have described caused frustration and did not reflect the level of service we aim to provide.
With regard to the email you received, as soon as the error was identified we took immediate steps to investigate the matter and followed our internal data protection procedures. We take the security of our customers' personal information extremely seriously and treat any such incidents with the utmost importance. Whilst this was an isolated incident, we fully appreciate the concern it caused.
We understand that it is frustrating when airlines make schedule changes. In this instance, the change arose because Lufthansa cancelled the direct service in mid-May, and we notified you shortly afterwards. As you also identified, there are currently no alternative direct flights available on your return date that align with your ship's docking time and the required airport transfer. Whilst we appreciate that indirect flights are not always preferable, we worked to secure what we believe to be the most suitable alternative, including a convenient departure time and a short layover.
We're also sorry that you did not receive the callback you were expecting. Due to particularly high call volumes that day, we sent the requested information by email first, with the intention of calling you as soon as demand had reduced. We understand that you had not yet seen this email, which understandably caused confusion, however our intention was to provide you with the information as quickly as possible.
Following this, Megan was able to assist you with your online check-in, and we remain available should you need any further help or support before you travel.
We're sorry that this situation has affected your overall experience and truly hope you enjoy your upcoming holiday.

John was very informative, answered all my concerns!
John was a lovely guy! Not at all pushy! I asked for time to think the offer over, it was granted, he phoned us back later! We had decided what we wanted but midship wasn’t available, he offered us a suite, which we hadn’t thought about, he guided us thru prices which we felt were realistic so that’s what we did, he didn’t need to talk us into it at all really!
He finished with saying I could phone him for help if I needed it at a later date!
So helpful, good natured, friendly!

Straightforward process booking with Becky
We contacted Becky to make an enquiry about making a booking for a land trip and cruise to Australia which had been advertised both on Facebook and the company’s tv channel.
Becky was very helpful and informative and gave answers to all my questions about the trip.
Due to us going with 2 other friends I required time to discuss with them and she promised to call back in 30 minutes which she did.
When we booked Becky went through everything required for booking and stated that we would receive confirmation later in the day which we did and told us we could contact her again if required.
Straight forward process throughout.

We have booked with Loveitbookit quite…
We have booked with Loveitbookit quite a few times now and each trip has been exceptional we like that the hotels before and after the cruise are included and gratuities drink packages and wifi are in the price so there’s no surprises later when you get your bill on board. All the people we have spoken to throughout each holiday booked have been very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for them. Thank you to all your staff for an excellent service.
