Ordered two chargers in August. Attempted to return in sept, still no response

Ordered charger for my Toshiba laptop on 23rd December 2020.Arrived very quickly from China on 2nd January 2021! Fantastic service considering it was over the holiday period.Seller sent item very quickly and provided full tracking info.Also the best price I found anywhere.Can't understand all the negative reviews.Will definitely use again.Thanks for the great service!

Relieved to receive the product I ordered
I found the web site from a Google search for a specific product: 65W Dell power supply for Dell XPS13 notebook. Website is fairly functional and as others have said gives no obvious indication of its location - could easily be taken for a UK firm. Concern came when Paypal payment reference was to 'Christopher Power'. I then found this review site and feared that I had been scammed. I checked the tracking code provided - it seemed to indicate a Chinese courier but the tracking code didn't work. After 10 days my parcel arrived by Royal Mail and it looks to me to be a genuine Dell product, at least outwardly indistinguishable from the genuine article. Very please with that, perhaps I needn't have worried. Would have preferred to known it was coming from overseas and it is disappointing that the tracking didn't work but otherwise no complaints, but I take it from the other reviews at the time of writing that they are not meeting the expectations of a significant proportion of customers.

Absolute rip-off merchants. Wrong cable turned up despite giving all the codes from original charger. Was asked to send back at a cost to me, however no sign of a refund despite contacting them numerous times!!!

AVOID! Ordered a laptop charger for our Asus. They sent the wrong one and have not responded to our emails requesting a replacement. Judging from the other reviews on here, it doesn't seem likely that we will get our money back : (

Ordered an HP battery for my laptop. Photo on LPS site is of an original HP battery so extra price seemed reasonable. Battery has turned up after three and a half weeks and it's a cheap Chinese knock-off. I could have bought better for much less. Avoid these people.

Looking at this site, it 'presents' as being UK based. I ordered a laptop charger and they sent the wrong one. They didn't reply to my email, so I raised an issue with PayPal. They want the item returned to China for refund - return to China will cost approx £30 (for a charger worth £18) - and say I must lie about items value on the customs declaration (to avoid them paying tax) or they will not accept the return! I have no confidence that they will refund my postage cost, or indeed my money. Total sham - do not deal with these people.

I order a laptop charger and it arrived faulty. After that I write them a mail and they said they will send me the return adress but about 2 weeks they dont respond to me

Ordered an "Original Surface Pro Charger", £26.99. It took about 6 days to arrive, appears to be an AUKEH device rather than an official product as the advert led me to believe.
Seems to work well compared to cheaper chargers, and considering the official charger retails for £99 I think it's decent value despite the misleading advertising.
So I understand the poor reviews for this site but honestly I'm still happy regardless.

The item arrived in a generic brown box with no manufacturer packaging but had Toshiba markings and in the small print on their site they state 100% compatible so there's two red flags. The label is also 90 degrees out compared with far more expensive Toshiba OEM chargers; another red flag. The prices is less than half of the OEM; yet another red flag. Given all that I did a number of tests before I even dared to plug it into my laptop. Surprisingly, all was within specifications and even the wave form wave form was steady. It gets 3 stars for being a very good copy but I very much doubt it's Toshiba OEM. I cannot vouch that all examples will be this good though looking at previous reviews. As a footnote nowhere on their website do they claim to be UK based but don't let that put you off. Mine came by Royal Mail 48 hour from the UK. If it had come directly from abroad there would have been a customs declaration. Their delivery deadline is 18 working days which does indicate some stock may well come from overseas which is perfectly normal in this day and age.

Ordered a charger which should’ve been the exact same as my original asus charger - checked all the wattage, figures, and whatever else. It arrived and didn’t even fit into my laptop! Contacted them to initiate a return and they just replied to me saying to check my laptop model? Which is exactly what I did the first time, told them this, told them it still doesn’t fit and I’d like to still return it and I got nothing back. I’ve contacted them 3 times now and they’ve just stopped replying. Ordered from somewhere else.

Shocking. Avoid at all costs. Will take your money, ignore your emails and send you nothing.

Thought this was a UK website, not a .org paid for a battery got nothing but an invoice and a link to DHL world web site and a fake tracking code. Keep well clear. Waiting on payPal to refund me.

Thieves. They are thieves. Do not purchase from them.

The cable we ordered was delivered but it fried our new laptop. Absolutely shocking. How do they sleep at night selling dangerous and fake products.

Awful service. Been waiting over 10 weeks for a lenovo charger. (Still nothing)
Have demanded a refund, and have received 1 email back to say I would get a refund but they have ignored all other emails since.

I requested an original Lenovo laptop charger and they just sent me a cheap fake one.

I ordered an Acer style adapter, which was shipped 7 days later and arrived safely and works! Cost £16.99.
In the meantime, frightened off by reviews online of LPS scammers, I blocked my credit card and reordered from the Acer store. It also arrived safely. Cost £35.99!
LPS should be 5*, but as it took a few days longer I gave it 4*, and also because I thought people would think a 5* wasn't genuine. So, one credit card down, and an unnecessary £35.99 extra spend. I can see no reason not to use LPS again - it certainly is a lot cheaper!

After ordering my charger I came on here saw the ratings and reviews and thought I'd just thrown my away.

Fortunately the charger came in good time and looks genuine as described.

The company is based in China although the site had me thinking it was a UK based company.The part was shipped from China but I have to say the delivery time was not bad at all.

No complaints, happy customer.
