After waiting over 2 weeks for my replacement laptop charger to arrive I discovered the wrong one has been sent (not what I ordered). I also chased the progress of my order and received no reply. As I am forced pay for the postage to return the item sadly I can't get a refund as the cost outweighs the price of the item! Not impressed.

Like similar reviewers, I received the wrong charger and when I contacted was advised to return it. I paid an extra £4 to track the charger which they received the next day. This was 4 weeks ago and still no refund. They have ignored my emails and messages except for 1 occasion when they asked me to be patient!!
I did forward them of my intention to give them feedback - no response !!

This seller offers a charger from the bose sounddock portable, that is not suitable! Delivery time was okay, but that doesn't help me!

The charger is the same like on the picture but the seller lies about the product. It has wrong specifications and the jack is also not suitable for the music box!

paypal said I need to send the charger back to china, but that would cost me more than the charger! I would never buy again from this seller! He's nothing more than a imposter!

I was worried after reading all the bad reviews on here and thought i had made a mistake buying from this supplier, but my laptop charger is working absolutely fine! Literally half the price of any chargers from different suppliers, and works perfectly. Don't be put off.

Definitely a scam as others have said. I ordered a charger over a week ago from what appeared to be a UK company. I was a bit worried when I got an email saying it would take up to 8 days to get here. It’s now been 11 days, no sign of the charger and no contact from the seller. The tracking number I was given is fake, and I have raised the issue with PayPal.

Ordered a part, estimated delivery was 3-5 business days, it has now been ONE MONTH and still no sign! I have emailed and they claim it is stuck in customs in France. I have asked for a refund countless times and they say they will give me one asap.... Still no refund! I have now opened a case with PayPal, but that will be another month before they review it!

Another day, another scam. Item does not show up within the said time frame or any other time really. Not going to show up in the future either. They claimed it to be stuck at customs or on its way to Royal Mail RDS while Royal Mail is not even involved in the process. Go buy from amazon or somewhere you can legally claim your money back.

Scam site. Started to order a laptop charger from them, noticed it was coming from China and the purchase crashed before I had chance to cancel. I had not clicked to buy but PayPal paid anyway and refused to refund. Still waiting for my charger. Scammers. Oh and don’t feel in anyway assured by using PayPal. You are just as unprotected as if paying with card. £18 gone to some criminal gang.

I was super vary of the company after seeing these reviews and opted to go through PayPal to get my money back when it would all go wrong and I'd have to shell out 3x as much for the product right from the manufacturer site. Nothing went wrong though I received the product after a while which is to be expected but the service people quickly responded to my email and the charger I ordered is working fine...

DO NOT USE incorrect substandard product sent not Acer charger as invoice. Sent back for refund as instructed and promised. Refund not received, emails ignored. Like below I also thought was a UK based company, they are not, avoid!

No sign of my order. I will be contacting them for a refund now it's been 15days since ordering my laptop charger. Furious to say the least.

Don't waste your money, shop elsewhere! Total scam of a company, ship the wrong product from Abbeygate House, Middlesex, TW15 1AX but then ask you to return to China without covering costs.

I am from Romania, I ordered a charger for my Asus Vivobook. After 11 days (reasonable) I got an original Asus charger perfect for my laptop. Not the same as mine, but I suspect it is the Japanese version - it also has 100 V input.
What can I say, looks like everything was perfect for me - the price was half of what I had found in Europe.

I rather stupidly ordered without looking at the reviews and fell for their fake website that makes them look like a UK based company. I did get the product (charger for Lenovo laptop) in reasonable time, Mrs B plugged it in to the socket (plug end only, transformer was not attached) and BOOM...the socket blew and there was smoke everywhere. Electrician says that the plug was badly wired and that earth went straight to live. The company has, of course, ignored my complaints and there's nothing that Trading Standards can do as it's a direct import from China and nobody was hurt (thankfully).

Can’t say I have had the same experience as the others. I received an original Dell charger at half the cost of Dell within a week. The Dell piece has a design flaw which makes it fail pretty quickly anyway so this was most useful: very happy.

I ordered PC power cable which came after 4-5 days, they say next day delivery but no where mention they are based in China. The cable didn't work so I ask for the return and after 2-3 emails they said they are finding UK address. I raised the issue with PayPal and they keep saying 'Will find you a UK address'.
I escalated with PayPal today, I hope I get money back and this seller is banned by PayPal.
Today on 16/08/20 I am writing to give update About my case with PayPal. The seller didn’t send me UK address and PayPal asked me to post it to China which was too costly so I did not post as a result PayPal closed my case and I lost. BUT the next day after PayPal closed my case seller contacted me with UK address and asked me to post the item and he will give refund. I trusted him and posted the item and after reminding him few times he has gone quiet. So he has proved he is a cheater. Such people can not go long in life.

Rip off company. Steer well clear of this company.
They appear to be UK based but are in fact Chinese.
They send out (if you wait long enough) fake laptop leads. Mine lasted for a day before the power died. Have emailed on 3 occasions for a return address so I can get a refund only to be told 'Will find you a UK address'. Now I hear nothing back I've escalated to Paypal as Paypal should not be allowing these scam companies to use them for payment.

I have made an order using PayPal and have now found out that this is in fact a fake website! Has anyone been able to get a refund for any products they have ordered from lps go power? I have emailed the company several times and have not got a reply what so ever?

My biggest regret is not checking this site first. thought it would be a good idea to get the EXact model of charger i needed, amazon only had similar ones.
They are the worst. They sent the wrong product and messed me around for 4 days like i didnt order a very specific model number and didnt receive something with a completely different model number, Now they are saying its my fault despite me having proof of what i ordered. but it doesnt matter! they're untouchable. Currently trying to get the money back, it has been an absolute nightmare. please save yourself the haslle!
