Lucky Eleven Avis

Lovely jewellery and the earrings are great quality would recommned!

Ordered from this company at the end of August. Delivery said 2-5 days. By end of September had not received any product, or communication from the company. Reached out to the company and had a response saying it’ll be sent ASAP. Left it 2 more weeks and still no product or emails. Contacted the company again and was told the same thing - being sent ASAP. Left it another 2 weeks and nothing. It is now the end of October and have had to request a refund via my bank. Really wouldn’t waste your time with this company. Really wish I had read the reviews first!

Fantastic service. customer team was brilliant when I had to change my address as I has accidentally put my old address in.
They were very helpful and responsive and I received my order within two days.

This is my second order from Lucky eleven. Service and delivery was great and the earrings are gorgeous, I always get lovely comments when I wear them.

Really pretty jewellery! I love the earrings I received. Will definitely be shopping here again whether for myself or gifts. It’s also clear they make an effort to provide sustainable/environmentally friendly packaging, no plastic involved which is a nice plus!

Beautiful earrings, super fast delivery. Well worth the purchase 👌

Such a pretty selection of earrings. Following my order, received within a couple of days. Lovely quality. I purchased the mini huggies and the click securely together once in the ear. Would buy again
