I ordered two pairs of earrings.

✨ One pair arrived.
✨ The second pair? Apparently still on a gap year. 😂

On the SAME DAY my order arrived, I received an email telling me the second pair would be sent about a week later. No warning beforehand that it wasn't actually in stock.

I messaged them on Instagram and received an apology, along with the explanation that they’re a small business with too many orders to keep up with.

Fair enough… but judging by the reviews, this seems to be a recurring problem: items advertised that aren't in stock, delayed orders, little communication, and customers being asked to swap for something else.

Being a small business is understandable. Selling something you don't have and telling customers afterwards isn't.

So, rather than wait for earrings that may or may not eventually appear, I requested a refund for the second pair that was never delivered. 💸

Perhaps if you can't keep up with the orders, stop taking them until you can? 🤷‍♀️

Love that you can choose to buy single earrings. Great communication once bought and tracking was brilliant too. My earrings are absolutely beautiful. They are smaller than I thought they’d be, but honestly are so perfect and pretty. Will buy again.

Never received my products super disappointed. Message serval times and no follow up. Monzo fully refunded myself

Yes I eventually received however customer service is just awful it feels like when your company wants something like changing the trust pilot review or payment your end it has to be quick but the consumer is always left waiting for responses ie your item will be delivered in 24 hours and it’s another two weeks to receive etc . You have told Monzo I haven’t paid so that’s been debited from my bank again and you have also subsequently during this time sent me a separate link to pay so I have now just paid shy of double for the items and out of pocket! I have wasted so much time over some jewellery which was for daughters birthday in August which was ordered in July just wish I hadn’t of bothered! I’m also wasting time with Monzo and scheduled another call in an hour

Super easy website to navigate, great selection of jewellery to choose from. I purchased opal huggie hoops and they arrived quickly, neatly and sealed in cute love heart shaped bags. Would make a wonderful gift for someone. The hand written note was a nice personal touch too! Super happy, will return again soon ♥️

Ordered 31/7 marked as 'label printed' 4/8 but I never received. I've emailed countless times to chase, my last being a response that it was resent 5 days ago. I'm bored of waiting and I'm bored of chasing £68 spent 23 days ago with the promise of dispatch within 3 days of ordering.

Earrings are lovely! My piercings can sometimes get uncomfortable with some hoops and my ears have been very happy with these! No irritation at all and lots of lovely compliments. They also arrived very quickly after I ordered. Great customer service.

I have bought 6 pairs of earrings and love them all. I have huggies, hoops and a pair with dangly adornments. I sleep in them, shower in them, perfect. Stones stay in, nothing fades or varnishes. I've ordered twice and both times the packages arrived quickly. I have one ear pierced 7 times and the other side 10 times, so I'm wearing these all at once and they're still sitting beautifully and comfortably.

My order arrived not as expected and emailed Bethan who rectified the problem immediately and also offered a wee gift to compensate. She was helpful and professional. Jewellery is lovely and quirky which we love! Thanks for excellent service.
