Through the whole experience the team were helpful and patient and super friendly to get my shipment right to my home, despite the missing items in my initial delivery. I haven’t got my product yet but I bet it’s money worth.

I tried this product twice as directed…
I tried this product twice as directed but ended up without any blackhead removal. Even on the lowest setting, it broke the capillaries in my face. When I went to inquire about refunds they said I could not return it as it had been opened and used. How can you know if a product is worth it if you aren’t allowed to try it?
Do not buy this product.
Its does not work.

The customer service was great! I received a prompt reply from them like just within a day when I asked for assistance. I accidentally lost the filters after just a few using the device so I had to reach out to them. I'm just really happy with their treatment. Very kind and friendly also :)

Responsive and understanding customer care service
I had issues with my kit after 6 months of use. I was directed to and chased for months a number for customer service which I then learned was incorrect. As soon as I found the right contact details, the customer service team was excellent, understanding and agreed to replace the malfunctioning kit despite outside the trial window. I am extremely pleased with this client attention and to be able to continue my cleaning routine which I have been benefiting from.

Fantastic Customer Support
Fantastic Customer Support! I needed to cancel an order and they got back to me straight away and had no problems cancelling my order. Refund was visible in my PayPal almost straight away and completed 2 days later. Sadly I don't have Customer Service agents name but 10/10 for Friendly Efficient Service

The lotion that you use before makes the tool work better. I would love to reorder that enzymic lotion since my sister uses it also with amazing results. We both love the ocean cream also but we both would love to have more of that enzyme cream.
