Worked like a miracle for me.
My device quite working so I emailed the company. They promptly emailed me back after a few emails back and forth, they shipped me out a new product. I'm very pleased because this has been the only thing that has helped my acne. I've had acne for 30 years. Fighting acne and aging skin at the same time is extremely difficult so I'm grateful I found this product.

I ordered the LuxuryConfidence tool kit and ocean creams x6. The ocean cream is amazing, smells beautiful and feels so soft on your skin, however after a few uses of the suction tool I noticed capillaries starting to surface on my nose. I stopped using the suction tool and contacted the support team at LuxuryConfidence. They were very kind, friendly and helpful and I was able to get a refund by taking the Go-Green option. Thank you to the support team at LuxuryConfidence you made this so simple and stressfree.

Good customer service
At first, customer service wasn’t the most helpful when I was trying to make a return, initially saying it was against policy to accept returns, but once I emailed them the link that had the return policy, they were very helpful and prompt in getting me a refund.
