Scam Company!!keep away!!!
I bought this product hoping it would help my skin but in made it much worse..I was breaking out all over v my face.. much worse than ever before!!
Plus their customer service is none existent.i messaged them on WhatsApp a while ago and never got a response...I spent lots of money on this and really want a refund...

Do not be fooled by this product or its advertising. They claim a "90-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked," but they fail to honor it. Additionally, the product itself is harmful to the skin. Instead of improving our skin, it caused discoloration and further damage. My daughter’s skin was significantly harmed, and a dermatologist confirmed that this device is not safe to use. It also failed to deliver any of its promised results for me, my son, or my daughter.
The advertising is misleading, and the customer service is completely unhelpful. I deeply regret falling for their false claims. Save your money and protect your skin—do not buy this product!

Lack of customer support
I trialled the product the second I got it, it's unfortunate I haven't experienced the same positive outcomes as other users. I do however know, products like these won't work for everyone.
I tried using it in different ways, always steamed my face and tried both slow and faster motions on my skin, but im still getting bruises around my face even on the lowest setting. I've not seen an overall or gradual improvement.
I wouldn't dream of leaving a bad review, i'm sure it is a great product and I totally see the value and benefits of it - it's unfortunately just not for me.
I decided to purchase this because of the money back guarantee. I've contacted the support team over the last 11 days, no response, but i can see responses to reviews here... Im not sure why this is happening. Can you please set me up so i can return the product and get a refund?

I have pretty acne-prone skin, and since using this product, I have noticed a huge difference. I also struggle with acne rosacea around the nose, chin, and mouth, and since using this product, it has really helped with that. I was skeptical as I found out about this product through an Instagram ad that popped up, but I figured, "What the heck," and I have been happy with this product ever since! I also recently purchased a callus machine from these guys as well. I have not used that yet, but once I do, I will write another review.
