The customer service was amazing. I needed to amend my order and they managed to make the change prior to delivery going out. I also had the refund within a few days. I haven’t received product yet looking forward to receiving it.

I really enjoyed Josh's quick and helpful responses. He was very understanding and provided me with all the information I needed to get my refund.

The product didn't work for the blackheads on my nose, which was why I made the purchase. I steamed my face, used the small nozzle as instructed. The tool does provide some suction so long as your face is damp. Just didn't work for my purpose. Reached out to Customer Service several times asking for return info. Have yet to get it from them as they are trying to get me to keep product which I think is poor business ethics and customer service. For this reason of not being straight forward and honoring the return policy, I'd caution doing business with them until they abide by better businesd practices. Below are conversations. They reached out to me after posting my original review, offering to refund the other 50%, if I removed the review.

I am not one to give reviews, but I could not pass up the opportunity to express my love for this company. Not only is their product amazing, but their staff is as well.

When I ordered my first product from Luxury Confidence, Silvia reached out welcoming me to the family and offering any needed assistance. When I ordered more products, there was an issue with the delivery. I reached out to Silvia who took it upon herself to personally check with their fulfillment partner to figure out what was going on. She explained that the order was flagged and how to fix it. A few weeks went by and I still didn't receive my package, so I contacted Silvia again, giving her a different address to see if that fixed the issue. Another Luxury staff member, Rosa, emailed me saying that she will contact the logistics team and emphasized that she is committed to solving this issue for me. Not even a day later I received an email that my order is processed and is getting ready for delivery.

I can not express enough gratitude for Luxury Confidence and their staff! I will without a doubt be buying more products from them.

This product made my acne worse, not better. Their product was ineffective and a waste of money. When I explained to Customer Service, they gave me the run around and did not give me a refund as advertised.

Do not buy from this company. They do not respond to you as I’ve been trying to return the product for over 2 weeks and they keep trying to give me a discount to keep the product. The phone number does not work so no way to reach a live person. Only way to communicate is through email.

Love this product!
Once a week, I use the pore vacuum appliance. I am always so amazed at how much gunk gets sucked out even after I have washed my face twice a day all week! I use the skin exfoliating tip for my cheeks and forehead. I have noticed my pores shrinking, and my skin is so soft and smooth. I am very happy with my purchase!

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, AVOID.
Firstly, their marketing is misleading and manipulative. If you do some research on these devices they are widely regarded as damaging to the skin.
Secondly, I placed an order after being bombarded by their marketing, then emailed to cancel it a few hours later after doing some independent research and they ignored me for FIVE DAYS. After which they told me my parcel had already been shipped and they couldn’t cancel it. They sent me tracking which showed the parcel hadn’t been shipped yet but still would not cancel it! They then replied to my emails quickly for a bit always refusing to cancel it and give me my money back, then the parcel did get shipped and they started ignoring me again. They said I could return it at my own cost once it had arrived, to which I said I required a pre-paid return label as it was coming from CHINA and I had given them ample time to cancel it and not incur these costs. Over 30 emails later and I am still waiting for this label. I’m disputing the payment with my bank. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Don’t let them take your money.

I have had problems with my skin since I was 12 & I am 42 now. I have tried literally everything, nothing was working. With Luxury confidence blackhead remover & the Ocean Breeze cream, I have been watching it transform!! People are treating me differently in a good way. These products are AMAZING & life changing!!!!!

The device sucks the gunk out and clears the pores just as stated.

Great customer service! Very quick to respond and sort out any unforeseen issues. The ocean cream has also completely changed my texture and once very acne prone skin!

Firstly, the product itself is amazing! My skin feels so good after using it! I've been using it for 7 months and I still love it! I saw a difference in my skin within the first 30 days of use and that is uncommon for me and most face products. I would highly recommend investing in this product if you have consistent break outs, it's been a game changer!
Secondly, their customer service is on point! So helpful and courteous which is a rarity these days. Thank you luxury confidence!

If I could I would give then zero stars, they don't deserve even one star.
Useless product, complained and requested refund, after weeks of emailing they lied to me at least 3 times about refund done. No refund, useless product that will damage your skin and make it break out really badly.

I recently bought the products and have enjoyed using them! I had worries about the Ocean Cream since my face was breaking out, but I chatted with Customer Care Support and they encouraged me to continue using it for a few weeks to see how my skin adjusts. They were very helpful and timely in their response!

Okay so luxury confidence let me just say Wow!!! Its a game changer and so convenient to use!! I also would totally get the ocean cream with it!!! That cream is like none other!! My face is becoming much clearer now!! For me its taken about 3 months for me to see change and its not perfect yet, but with more consistency I know I will be finally acne free, but where I have had acne scars the ocean cream is definitely delivering great results!! I way more even skin tone and less visible scarring. Great product!!! Definitely recommend it!!!
