Bought this a bit skeptical but was pleasantly surprised how well it worked. Oddly satisfying but gross when you see how much dirt you had on your face. I struggle with black heads on my nose and chin and it made a huge difference. Definitely not unhappy with my purchase.

I was a little skeptical about this device when I first purchased it but I was pleasantly surprised at how well it works. It does a really great job cleaning out pores. I definitely recommend it.

The customer support was fantastic. Help me all the way when my package didn’t arrive for several weeks they sent me another one that I ending returned when the original shipment arrived.

Customer service do not reply to emails, issue with order and no response!

Order came to Perth Aramex warehouse and was scanned on 6/6/24it just didn't turn up.
I went to Aramex Perth and was informed it was lost .
I finally got an email from your company saying a replacement is being sent, when I asked for the new tracking number i was told there was a failed delivery attempt, really????in 4days .???and to contact my local post office .
I need a tracking number.this has been going on for over a month now , unacceptable.
Hoping to get some help from luxury confidence company from here .
Please provide me with the tracking number or refund my money.
If I hear Nothing I'll be reporting this company consumer affairs as fraud.

I really love this thing. It clears so much out of the nose pores. But I also love the whole face polishing

Ordered product on June 12, 2024. Never received item after 15 days. Tried calling no answer on customer service. No reply email not functioning. Reported as fraud.

I get less blackheads and pimples than I ever have before. I use the stainless steel pimple poppers to push out my blackheads and pimples, then I use this machine for suctioning them out. It really works wonders for repeat acne.

This product is the equivalent to having a spa facial but at home. I love how it keeps my skin super clear!

Will be a repeat customer for sure.

I absolutely love this product it worked on my wrinkles. I have tried numerous other products and nothing worked as well as this one.

To start I got my device with in 5 days of ordering it. I was worried it was going to be one of those things, where it doesn’t work like advertised, but it isn’t. It actually works, you just have to make sure you are consistently moving it, other wise you end up giving yourself a hicky on your face like I did. Haha! But I love it! My skin is becoming more even toned and I love the satisfaction of seeing what is in the tip at the end. This product is awesome.

I recently received my product and it works great! I already see an improvement. The only issue I had was communicating with the company to know where my order was. I didn't receive my tracking information until after my package had already arrived.

I'm not going to lie I was skeptical as a Licensed Esthetician. But this device is a Game Changer in home skin care! The suction on the lowest setting is incredible! Try on arm first! Steam face 10 min,pat dry & go! Short & Quick strokes are perfect, redness faded fast! I'm 40 & was receiving compliments after just 3-4 uses! I definitely recommend this device!

I placed an order over a month ago for the black head device and the special cream. Was emailed 2 weeks later saying the creams were out of stock and they would send everything together. Then a few days later they said good news our warehouse has the stock again. Fast forward another 2 weeks and another email received again saying the creams was out of stock. So it's now been about 5 weeks since I ordered and it still hasn't even been sent yet! Customer service takes days to get back to you. I would not recommend ordering from this company!!

I’ve tried a similar product a few years ago, which did nothing for my large pores. I saw Luxury Confidence on social media and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! This product actually WORKS! My skin is less dull and my pores are much smaller! Thank you Luxury Confidence!

I’m going to give my honest review. Please really take the time to research before you consider buying this.

The first red flag was the videos at the beginning going over and over about the “benefits” of using this tool. I should have known better than to trust a company that doesn’t even allow potential customers to proceed to checkout without forcing them to watch two extremely long videos. It’s basically brain washing you into believing you need this product when in reality you don’t. I thought to myself “hey i’ll try it anyway as they are clearly advertising you can get your money back guaranteed if it doesn’t work for you” when actually if you check they’re policy, you will have to cover the cost of sending the device back to the USA which by the way, it’s really pricey to do. It cost £22 so that was a waste of money.

The device feels and look very cheap and it comes from China which most likely means the cost of manufacture is really low. That’s how they make a decent profit from you by over charging you.

I followed the instructions thoroughly before and during using the device so it’s not a case where I didn’t know how to use it properly.

I have used the device for over 2 weeks and decided to send it back as soon as I started noticing pigmentation and scaring.

I reached out to the brand and they accepted my refund request but when I mentioned that I would like the shipping cost to be covered as compensation for the damage they have caused to my skin they denied my request.

It’s been almost a month and my skin still looks worse than before using the device.

Moving forward I will never trust random brands advertised on instagram and tik tok who only try to sell you things that do not work or you do not need. Thank god I didn’t also fall for their second trap which is their skincare range.

Edit: When you check their reply underneath they basically lied. I have stated clearly on email that this device damaged my skin and would like compensation so I don’t think it’s fair to just lie by saying “ I didn’t want to use the device” This company is so dodgy.
