The item did not work for me. I asked to return, and they made me do so many things, send pictures, SO many emails back and forth, then the return address they gave me is wrong and my item is just floating out there. Absolute shady company

Fantastic customer service the product worked absolutely wonderfully. The shipping was decently fast, but the best part is that my skin looks better and just a week compared to what it looked like before where the skin on my cheeks were originally completely riddled with blackheads and leaving me with acne scars.

I initially had a disappointing experience with this product, seeing no improvement after several uses. However, the customer service was exceptional-they provided personalised advice that made a huge difference. After following their recommendations, my skin looks much clearer, and I’m now very satisfied with the results. Despite a rough start, the support I received turned things around. IT’S DEFINETLY A GREAT PRODUCT!!!

I have been trying to contact Luxury Confidence for months to receive a refund. They have not replied to my email, called back or texted me back. This product broke me out and made me red. I spent bout $200 something dollars on everything for them to say on email they’d extend my trial 180 days and now that it’s the end they have not replied to me so I can receive my refund. It says to email them beforehand and they have not replied. It is kind of starting to feel like they are trying to keep my money.

I constantly breakout because of built up dead skin cells and black heads pretty much all over my entire face. I've struggled as I love makeup but have fought breakouts all of my life and have invested in thousands of skin treatments and skin products. I admit, I pick at blackheads because I feel they're easier to get out. However my skin reassures me that this is not the case and my blackheads can be more deep. I was skeptical of this product as I found it hard to believe that if I can't, with pressure I apply, get blackheads out, how is a machine going to? Steaming your face for the 5-10 min recommended is key and low and behold I was very pleasantly surprised by the suction. It's almost like the machine scrapes the top of the pore and sucks out the build up but in a comfortable way. It truly works and my skin is feeling so soft with me literally not seeing blackheads anymore! Clear skin means so much to me and this has made me stop wearing makeup! Compared to professional treatments that's I've spent thousands on, I wish I bought this product years ago.

Rachel was very attentive to my needs and I love how she was prompt in email responses and went the extra mile to help expedite the return process for me. She openly communicated all the details with me giving me that reassurance that everything is being taken care of. And I love her positive and friendly attitude throughout our conversations!

I ordered product on 5/6/24, finally received it 29/6, after they didn’t send it out until over a week after placing the order. Have tried to arrange a refund since 21/7 as it just seems to remove dead skin and scratch my skin, but have had no replies and their only options for communication is via email and text - which doesn’t work.

Customer service is great! They keep in touch as far as shipping product goes, where your items are at and eta. I love the device, I bought the blackhead clearing system, and so far the results are amazing! I also bought the Ocean Cream and had a bad reaction, but that's just my allergies and sensitive skin, not the creams fault. They answered my questions about returns and refunds quickly and are taking care of it. Great company!

I have been pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service from this company, and in particular I would like to mention Shane who dealt with my queries speedily.

I ordered the Aphrodite 2.0 from Luxury Confidence and it arrived as promised within 10 days. I have oily skin and I'm prone to blackheads and breakouts despite a thorough twice daily facial cleansing regime. I used the Aphrodite 2.0 as described in the instructions but even on the lowest setting with different nozzle heads it felt too harsh on my skin. I contacted Luxury Confidence via email to kindly request a return and refund. Shane responded the next day and was very polite, professional and prompt in all the emails we exchanged from then on.

Shane gave me advice to check I was using the device properly, offered tips to reduce the sensitivity and was willing to extend the free return period from 90 days to 180 days. Years of regular skincare have helped me know if a product is not good for my skin even after a few uses so I wasn't keen on keeping the device longer. Shane was understanding and advised me to return the product to their facility in the US to receive a full refund. I would have to pay the return postage costs, which I think is fair especially considering the device was shipped internationally at the company's expense. I know some customers would grumble merely at the thought of paying the return postage costs, but not every company is as large as Amazon etc and able to offer free returns. However, maybe in the future Luxury Confidence can have a UK based facility to make the return costs cheaper.

Anyway Shane and I reached an agreement where I did not have to return the device and I was partly refunded. I figured I could give the device to one of my grown-up kids/other family members to try if they run into skin issues as it might work for them. So even though the device didn't work out for me, it's been a very positive experience with Luxury Confidence and it just goes to show that good customer service goes a long way.

It is a scam. They charged my card and took my money and they didn’t send the product. They make you watch a very long video after they charge your card and then that’s it, your money is gone!

Another awful experience with a company who lies to customers about their money back guarantee in order to get you to buy their products. Their promo video stated that if you're not happy with the device, it's free, no need to return. Their website also states the same thing and says they will offer an IMMEDIATE refund. Yet when I contacted them, they demanded that I return the item to them (at my own cost) in order to receive a full refund, or I could get a 50% refund and keep the item. No, what I want is to be given what was promised. Sending it back to the USA will probably cost me 50% of what it cost anyway!! They are just another company that lies to their customers. Please be aware before you buy! Plus, it doesn't work as advertised.

EDIT: Funny that in their reply below they have put a link to their return policy, completely ignoring the fact that I said their promo video and website states no need to return it. So why would the return policy be relevant? 🙄

After seeing all the good reviews, I gave it a chance, but this product hasn't helped me at all. It's true that you see the gunk coming out, but after a day it's all back. Not sure it's great at keeping the skin barrier healthy as well, since I've noticed my skin getting drier but acne and spots are still there.

Although I could see the gunk that this got out of my pores, the most dissapointing thing about this product is the battery, it can't hold its charge for a day while turned off the whole time! I have charged it overnight, turn off in the morning, and by the time I want to use it in the evening after my shower, it's completely dead. Had so much potential and promised so much, to be let down by not being able to use it.

Im in love with this product! Great results using it. I will definitely keep using it and would recommend to anyone looking ti rejuvenate their skin in a more natural way.

I love this product! At first, I didn’t think it worked, and I had a blackhead that was embedded in the side of my nose that I couldn’t get out at all. Then I realized the area had to be heated or warmed once I did that Walla ahh done.

This device really works and make your pores looks finer and cleaner. My skin feels smoother and shinier as the result. You would see the improvement soon but in order to maintain it you should repeat it once a week or so.
