Thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry the outcome wasn't what you were hoping for.

Our online assessment is the first stage of a clinical review, not the whole of it. BMI is one factor among several that our prescribers weigh against UK prescribing guidelines, and a "no suitable treatment" outcome can reflect any combination of those factors rather than a single number.

We'd genuinely like to look at this properly with you. We can arrange a call with one of our prescribing clinicians to go through your history in full and explain the decision, and if there is a route forward, they'll find it. That conversation is something the questionnaire alone can't do.

We can't discuss an individual's clinical details publicly, but please call our Customer Care Team on 0333 358 3869 (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:30pm) or reply here and we'll arrange the call.
