Good Android App UI, it's features, availability of important newspapers & magazines and fantastic customer support.

I love the app, And recently I got a good service which made me appreciate it even more.

Really great experience, have been a customer since 2017, product is good with a large variety of publications available. Also, I've had a very good experience with their customer support team on multiple occasions. If you like reading, this subscription is like mandatory to have !

Magzter is a site to read your favorite magazine or newspaper. Easy to use after purchasing a magazine subscription and notify when new edition are available. Recommend it for managing your digital magazines.

Ik zit plotseling vast aan een contract terwijl ik niets heb gevraagd of aangeklikt heb. Mijn telefoon rekening wordt nu elke maand belast met 9,99 euro. Ik denk dat dit een oplichting is.

Nice platform. Living in a place where getting magazine and newspaper in my mother tongue was impossible, this platform provided everything I needed. Its customer service is very supportive and patient that resolved my newspaper change request positively.

Spam, wat een schandelijk bedrijf. Tel. Contact lukt niet, krijg een bandje met de tekst dat ze dagelijks van 9 tot 5 tel. Bereikbaar zijn. Niet dus. Ten onrechte geld afgeschreven via KPN nota, zeer omslachtig om dit stop te zetten.
Uiteindelijk via mail contact gehad. Reactie van het bedrijf was redelijk snel. Probleem is opgelost.

I had never heard of Magzter, but it appeared on my cell phone bill this month. I Google'd to find that many get scammed by this magazine. I don't know how they can add a subscription without consent. I have reached out to them and they keep telling me to unsub. HUH? The last email they wanted my credit card info. so I reported the fraud.

At first glance I see a 4 star review but once I looked at them, only half get good remarks and most of the others are 1 star. I even found a comment exactly like my situation from April 2025. How long have they been allowed to scam?

An absolutely brilliant reading experience. The whole world, with all its magazines and newspapers, comes straight to me. I particularly love the quick access to media from India. I used to get those in print: they cost more and were sometimes very late. Here, everything’s brilliant!

I reached out to Magzter as I was having an issue logging in to my account. Customer service responded pretty quickly and was able to resolve the issue after several tries. I appreciated the time and effort they took as well as the follow up to ensure all was working properly. The service was outstanding.

Whenever , I had problems regarding subscription or password or log in , within few hours , I get response and solution . This my experience with Magzter customer service as a customer of more than two decades.

Wow, what great service from Ashley sorting out my husband’s Desh subscription. I have read several poor reviews on this website but for me, and this is totally honest, Ashley was amazing. I honestly believe that some subscribers are their own worse enemy. Be polite, they have a job to do and don’t go out of their way to be unhelpful.

The variety of products available to read are extensive and cover many topics to set up as favourites. I have been using for several years and are very happy.
Also the customer service is excellent with quick response to any issues with your account or access. I would recommend their subscription.

Finally got the message through to Magzter Gold customer) I only wanted to access my daily paper and the T.V times been good for a number of months now of not sending me recommendations. (accept in a normal email)However today the system won't let me in insisting I re-enter my date of birth and change my password but won't accept any password entered I click save and it throws out the information and presents the pages again!!! Which is beyond annoying!!! Fix It
Emailed them no response, now when I try to sign in with the first reset password it lets me sign in but brings up page showing cart message saying shopping cart empty?
Anybody any ideas how I can get Magzter to fix this???
Going to complain to my credit card company!!!
