Had an emergency when the shutter of the ladies only Gym (Gymophobics) was stuck late at night.
We got in touch with Majestic Shopfronts 24hr response, Ami answered the call & immediately got into action sending a team
considering that it required attention being late in the evening. The friendly team lead by Nicky Singh arrived some 45mins later & repaired the shutter.

Aimee and her team at Majestic are absolute rockstars! We had an issue in our Mayfair retail space and some of the alarm systems wouldn’t stop ringing. Although Majestic had not installed them they were able to provide better guidance than the company that did! And their specialists could walk me through what to do over the phone. It was incredible, my first and last point of call for all shop related amenities!

Excellent service, Aimee was first class when ordering and done her upmost to get the 2x shutter doors I ordered fitted before this weekend as I was on a timeline. Called Aimee in sales department and explained our problem with main door.She took our details and arranged for a fitter to attend site that day.Fitter arrived ,he was very polite looked at the door and informed us what was wrong.He fitted the new parts and informed us exactly what he was doing.Did a very professional job, would highly recommend the service. We were very impressed with the way Majestic Shop Fronts have processed and fitted our new shutter.

Even with the constraints and challenge of the Covid lockdown and the Christmas break the shutter was manufactured and fitted in the timescale they promised.

Their fitting technicians were professional and worked solidly in one day to get the old shutter removed and new one fitted, they left our site clean and tidy and were polite to deal with.
