The best so far

For a new grading company, they have been great. Always kept informed and turnaround times have been as expected. Communication has been super and they are making huge strides in the right direction. Surprised not to have seen more positive reviews, but I'm sure they will be one of the best, if not the best grading companies in the UK soon! I also really like the slabs as they have top level security and will continue to use their subscription service. Keep up the good work guys.

Don't use this company my experience…Judged harshly

Don't use this company my experience was bad I trusted this company after watching reviews on youtube you cant go with what they say as its different from what you receive I thought this company would be good that's not the case I submitted a super rare ex Deoxys Latias gold star card to only get grade 5 I was hoping between grades 7-9 as grade 10 is impossible thought it would better with being in the UK instead of waiting months sometimes well over a year to get back, my card was judged harshly not fair grading system no explanation why it got that grade I have the card first time it came out pulled fresh from the pack straight into sleeve then folder so would have got some surface marks and handling etc
are there any good UK companies out there that have better grading systems more fairly
be careful do research I have hundreds to be graded but now majesty isn't a trustworthy site avoid try other companies

Horrendous service …

Went with these as the groups i was on raved about them, massively regret doing so horrendous service would read and ignore my attempts of contacting them also had to spend 3 days trying to cancel the subscription as the Website conveniently kept crashing

I must have graded close to 100 cards…

I must have graded close to 100 cards now with Majesty grading and I can honestly say that their customer services is the best out there. There was one small issue on a submission but was dealt with promptly and professionally. I will continue to use these guys for the foreseeable.

Goodbye PSA

Majesty are professionals who clearly know their craft. Their prices are reasonable and deadlines always seem to be met.

I've sent three submissions to them so far. The website is easy to use and navigate, while also being informative.

My one small criticism is the need for a printer. If I could fill out the form online and have it attached to my order number it would be the perfect experience (and it would be more environmentally friendly.)

Another tiny issue is with email updates. There appear to be four stages, yet I only got notified when my cards had arrived and when they were leaving. (That being said, these are the most important steps).

One submission has arrived back so far and I was delighted. The slabs look great and were packaged safely so arrived without damage.

Majesty also offers a subscription service which sets them apart from other UK grading companies.

All in all, it's well worth it to avoid long PSA waits for a service of better quality.
