MakeBox & Co Avis 

I ordered from them two weeks ago and have still not received my order. I have had no updates from them and no reply to the two emails I have sent. Terrible service.

These products are beautiful. Im obsessed. But i write this review as there was something missing in one of my kits. It took a while but just received the missing spare pattern, alongside a mystery gift. Thank you. You have certainly retained my loyalty to the makebox brand (and thank goodness as there is nothing else out there quite like this).

I would love to give a review but I have not received my order after a fortnight, and my e mails meet with silence.

Responded quickly to a complaint and took ownership of it.

Everything about MakeBox is so filled with care and thought and comes through in all they do. I have bought boxes for numerous friends who love crafting and they have absolutely loved them. I am not an amazing crafter but love it and have so enjoyed all the boxes I have done, and found the step by step guides really easy to follow. They come with everything you need and are just gorgeous! Such a great gift or treat for yourself!

I've been buying from this small company since Covid times. Their subscription boxes are a great way to try out new crafts. Really recommended especially when choice can be really overwhelming on the internet. This way a new craft comes to you!

I now completed four Makebox craft projects. The quality of the materials supplied in each kit has been superb. The attention to detail in each kit has been fantastic and the instructions provided are easy to follow. Each project has been a joy and has been good for my well being.

I ordered an advent calendar and have not received confirmation of the order. When I contacted the support, I got a generic email pointing me to FAQ pages. I asked for specifics about my orders.

Do not use this company, they have taken my money for months, sending parcels to my home address that I had to leave due to domestic violence and can not return to recover them. I’ve not been offered any compensation, no kindness, no help. I am over £150 out of pocket. I am shocked by the lack of care and feel incredibly let down. They simply do not care.

Despite replying we have worked together, we have not they have failed to resend my missing parcels or reimburse me at all, for any of my missing items. I updated my address on the website and despite this MY PARCEL HAS STILL BEEN SENT TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AGAIN THIS MONTH - NOVEMBER. MakeBox please actually do something to help and don't suggest online that you have done anything when you are still failing your obligational contract as a business, I have paid for something that I had not received for more than 5 months - shockingly bad business and lack of care, you have refused to help me or refund me at all. I would avoid this company completely.

Your products are very well organized and easy to follow. Also, any questions I have had have been answered promptly.

Amazing customer support and a really beautiful and well thought out kit.

Makebox are a truly caring company. Their monthly subscription boxes are exciting, varied and give the chance to try new crafts. Each box comes with all the necessary materials to complete the task, along with easy to follow instructions. Any queries are addressed quickly and efficiently. Nothing is ever too much trouble, they always go the extra mile. It is easy to skip a subscription or choose an alternative. Certainly a company who cares about their customers and products.
