Very easy to order
Very easy to order, kept up to date with emails and tracking parcel and arrived when it said it was going too but not opened as it is a Christmas gift and if it is like a box I ordered earlier in the year they will love it x

The parcel was incomplete
The parcel arrived within a week, unfortunately part of the contents were missing, the carbon paper needed to copy the pattern to the fabric was not there although it was included in the list

An excellent make box with everything…
An excellent make box with everything contained in it; down to the glue sticks even though I didn’t order the glue gun. I would highly recommend the kit. I just wish that they did refill kits so that I could make it again, as it was so enjoyable to make

Great quality, problem quickly fixed when the wrong hoop was sent out by mistake. Good instructions which are easy to follow, and high quality materials

Lovely kits, great tasters of new crafts
I love the MakeBox boxes, I have a monthly subscription and have also brought ad-hoc boxes. The boxes are great with clear instructions and give you a great introduction to new crafts. Their customer service is also faultless, with quick reply’s and easy solutions.

Hi Alan, Firstly we can only apologise again for your box arriving with one component missing. We wouldn't intentionally send it out knowing that. While mistakes can happen with our product (as it is hand packed by a small team due to its bespoke nature), we do strive to resolve any issue immediatley. In the case of this box, we emailed to let you know the same day the product was due for delivery and we sent the missing component out proactively before being contacted to try and ensure as little disruption as possible. We hope the product can now be enjoyed.
