Torch open hojari thi apne aap , china sey wholesale mein maal mangwa k yeh log bina test kre bech rahe hai . . Aur ghatiya service de rahe hai in not recommended this fake website . Koie mat lena market sey mehenga kharid lo pr yaha sey mat lo .. fraud kr rahe bhosdiwale..

I ordered a mobile screen combo online from maxbhi.com. Initially, the company sent me a defective screen. When I requested a replacement, the company acknowledged that a faulty screen had indeed been shipped. A replacement was sent, but that second screen also turned out to be defective; its touchscreen was non-functional. The company instructed me to courier the item back to their address; however, when I requested a refund, they informed me that no refund would be issued. For the second return, I took clear photographs to document the condition of the screen before sending it back; yet, the company is now claiming that the screen is broken or damaged, even though the photos I sent clearly show the screen to be intact. I request that appropriate action be taken against maxbhi.com to ensure that I am reimbursed for the cost of the screen—₹759—as well as the courier charges of ₹160 that I incurred on two separate occasions.

I ordered a replacement battery for my OnePlus Nord CE 5G from Maxbhi.com
and had a great experience. The battery quality is excellent, with good backup and stable charging performance. The ordering process was smooth, delivery was on time, and the packaging was secure. The product worked perfectly from the first day, and it feels like an original-quality replacement. I’m very satisfied with the purchase and would definitely recommend Maxbhi for mobile spare parts and accessories.

They sell extremely local screens, please don't buy with them. For a phone with an edge screen they sell a screen that is flat and not compatible with the device. That too at a very stagnant price and they don't mention it anywhere. Customer support suck, they will drag your issue for over a month until you give up and stop wasting your time on these loots.

Never but product from maxbhi. I order mobile camera and they sent a diffrent product. And now when create a replacement requst. They aare saying. Its your mistake. You have to check when you order.

these people are dumping non functioning products on customers and later asking them to bear the cost of shipping while returning for replacement. They do this for every product. scammers

Worst experience with Maxbhi – Do NOT buy from here.

I ordered an opening tool kit based on the images shown on their website, but the product I received was completely different and missing several tools. This is clearly misleading, as they display one product and deliver another.

When I contacted support, they kept saying the product is “compatible” instead of addressing the actual issue of missing tools. They also hide behind a policy saying “images are for presentation only,” which is being misused to justify incorrect products.

Customer service was very poor. Calls were handled in an aggressive and unhelpful manner. They claimed they tried contacting me multiple times, but I returned the call within 5 minutes and still did not receive proper support.

They mentioned delivery charges around ₹40, but for return they are asking me to pay courier charges starting from ₹80+, even though the mistake is completely from their side.

Finally, my request was simply declined without any fair resolution.

This is unfair business practice, misleading product display, and very bad customer support. I will not recommend this site to anyone and advise others to avoid buying from here.

I ordered a display for my Narzo 50A from Maxbhi.
What I received was a defective display – not working.

I requested a replacement. They gave me an RMA and asked me to return the product at my own cost. I paid for shipping and sent it back.

After waiting for days, what did I receive?
The exact same defective display again. Same display number, same packaging, same problem.

When I complained, they are now asking me to send it back again – on my own cost again – so they can "check" again.

This is not service. This is cheating and harassment.

They are just wasting time and money. No working product. No refund. No proper support.

👉 Do not buy from Maxbhi if you want a working product.
👉 They will send you faulty items and then make you pay to return them.

Never again. 0/10.

I brought the battery from the there and it's working really good

I ordered a display for Google Pixle 4a, which termed to be as an Orginal equivalent. Purchase price = INR 4000.
The product I received was of dummy quality for which the mobile repairer stated, this dummy version should cost very less around 2K as per available in Offline market.
Moreover, the display I received was a damaged piece.
As during pre-installation testing it displayed green lines over the screen.

Based on my return request, 'Maxbhi customer support' denied me to return this product as it was 1 day over the return period.

The only mistake from my side was I unboxed the product received a few days late as I was out of town.

No more trust from my side on this platform.

Fraud, they're not delivering within promise date, when you call they're told you "expected delivery date is not promised delivery date" , & when you tried to return they're not accepting your return. Also for bad reviews they're removed Google business page.

One of the worrest company I never seen and trying to divert what exactly we searched as like and deliver wrong product and no return if we asked and shout also. No1 Fraud Company please don't purchase any products

Bad experience... They ask one thing while confirming order and they send different products. They won't replace the items. They are they playing with customers....

Don't purchase from this site. They sell used and damaged products. After delivery there is no option for replacement. They claim customer for their products. No support from there sevices.

There website's review of product only published after reviewed by their teams. So only positive comments are there. Don't trap maxbhi fraud company.

They delivered the correct product within time without any issues.

Ordered bavk panel for my Samsung S21 but received without camera lens. The product displaying in picture is not matching with product delivered. Refusing to return or replacement.

I bought a Redmi 9 prime battery which turned out to be of very poor quality. Gets discharged within two days with minimal use.
