Worst and forgery website dont purchase any product i suffered when i purased 1 display combo worst worst too worst

I had a very disappointing experience with Maxbhi. I ordered a mobile display, but the first display I received was defective. I returned it at my own expense, expecting a proper replacement.

Unfortunately, the replacement display was also defective after installation. When I contacted customer support, they simply told me that it could not be replaced again. This is completely unacceptable.

The product quality is poor, and the customer service is equally disappointing. I wasted my time, money, and installation charges because of defective products. I would not recommend buying mobile displays or spare parts from Maxbhi due to their poor quality and unsatisfactory after-sales support.

I don't know why people rating this Maxabhi site like 2 or 3 stars and saying it is fake or fraud or risky, lekin chutiyo ek baar try karo india me sabse best mobile repairing walo k liye yahi hai.

Worse than cheap and no refund/return. product you receive will completely different from images posted on website.

Please don't buy anything from Maxbhi. If the received product (black) is not working then you're done. Their QC is really bad, they don't even check if the product is working or not. I've bought Fingerprint Sensor with Flex Cable for Xiaomi Mi 11X Black for Rs.409 which is not the original ODM part, but the product was not working on arrival. I've to reach out to the customer support and submit for replacement approval with images and i had to spend Rs100 for shipping the not working product back to them. after a week i received the replacement which was physically damaged which can be clearly seen without taking the sensor out of the shipping cover. I sent them the received replacement product images but still they declined saying their product was in good condition while shipping and shared some images which was not in the condition of the once i received. Later i sent them the unboxing video showing he product damage as well but they still declined saying the video is not proper. If the product arrived in damaged condition then whose responsibility is it? This is a complete mess based on my experience and i'm not going to continue appealing as they are going to deny anything i say or show them anyway. I also spend Rs510 for a complete waste product and experience. I took my phone to nearby Mi service centre and they replaced replaced with original part (white) for Rs699 which works perfectly. I would recommend thing twice before order here as my money is completely wasted on Maxbhi.

maxbhi.com is a website run by crooks; they only sell defective or useless products. If you receive a non-working or defective item from them, you will face a huge struggle because they have no refund policy. To make matters worse, you have to repeatedly courier the defective product back at your own expense. Even then, they treat the customer as if the fault lies entirely with them. I made a huge mistake by ordering a display combo from maxbhi.com; I still haven't received a working product, and I’ve been trying to resolve this with them for 20 days now. I urge you all not to buy anything from them.

I should go with review first before go with this fraud mobile repair. Recently I changed my display motorola edge fusion 50 and 2nd itself the display broke. When we connect with them they are redirected multiple person and finally they mentioned with stupid reason that it's a physical damage. Simply waste of money and this is the FRAUD service providers.

I ordered an iPhone 12 replacement battery from Maxbhi and had a good experience overall. The battery arrived well-packaged and in good condition. Installation was straightforward, and the battery fit perfectly in my iPhone 12. After installation, the phone's battery backup improved significantly and performance remained stable during daily use. The product appeared genuine and matched the description on the website. Delivery was reasonably fast, and the ordering process was simple. So far, I am satisfied with the purchase and would consider buying mobile spare parts from Maxbhi again in the future.

Maxbhi is a fake firm. They have sent me non-working part offering warranty. When i applied for replace, they are saying silly excuses.
I have ordered the second item, but since last few days it shows processing. Very poor customer service.
I am going to complain this in CONSUMER COURT.

Very disappointing experience with Maxbhi. I received a completely non-working product, and instead of resolving the issue, they rejected the warranty claim over a tiny seal that came off while simply wiping dust with a cloth. Even the images they shared do not clearly show the so-called stickers they are referring to.

The product had no physical damage or misuse from my side, yet they refused replacement for a dead product and stopped responding to emails completely after I raised the issue seriously.

Customers should be careful while purchasing expensive parts online, because after-sales support and warranty handling matter more than promises on the website. My experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Stay away from these scammers. They will take your order, they will intentionally send u defective or incompatible items, will ask to send back with buyers expenses & then reject your claim.

ordered an LCD screen for the Realme 11 Pro 5G, but it is not fitting properly in the phone. Still, you are refusing to replace it and saying that I applied glue or gum on the product, which is completely false. I did not apply anything to it. The product is in the exact same condition as it was delivered to me.
Nobody is listening to my issue. Whatever I ordered, I ordered with my own hard-earned money. Thank you.
