The product I have ordered was F29 Pro 5g display was not perfect as per their promise, and after one month start to have a black spots in the display, I think this is the worst side, so never trust on the site

Good product to this price but packing is also good shipping process will damage so itames other wise everything is good plz shipping product well secure

Don't Buy anything from maxbhi, dikhate kuchh hai aur send kuch aur karte hai aur refund bhi nahi karte hai. Lootne ka business hai inka

they are awesome , I got my replacement in 2 days and the quality is exceptional

Its not original but very close to original parts, local shops sell pixelated screens, atleast maxbhi screens are better than that, obviously you can’t expect original quality but its very close almost 90% original

I have ordered motorola edge 70 fusion tempered glass, but these cheaters have sent me some glass without supplies to help apply the screen gaurd. The glass is not even sticking to screen , what they have done is they have sent UV glass without supplies on the name of tempered glass. See how cheap these guys business. These guys are shameless cowards.

I got a broken display and there isn't no button to return, you can only replace and for that you have to literally mail the returning item to them by yourself from your money. This is absurd. Never ever buy anything from these people. They could have become one of the top names in mobile repair industry, but they chose to be a scammer.

I cant explain how much frustration I have with maxbhi.com. I had ordered a back camera for my realme 9 pro which was faulty, so i had to send it back by bearing the shipping cost myself which was huge. Then, they have sent another camera, which was a faulty too. I got so frustrated in all the process of getting it tested from professional, then shipping and then getting it tested again and now shipping it back...

Ordered a Samsung display, but instead received an empty box. There was zero support from customer service and they denied any refund saying that there was no unboxing video

Extremely bad experience with Maxbhi. I have bought multiple parts from them over the past few years, and my overall experience has been very frustrating.

1. Misleading Support & Cancellation Policy:
I recently placed an order for a part, but later realized it wasn't even needed—just a disconnected flex cable. When I tried to cancel via WhatsApp, their bot clearly stated that orders can be canceled before processing or shipping. However, when I called customer care, they refused to cancel it (even though it wasn't shipped or processed yet) and dismissed the bot's response by saying, "It's AI, it can make mistakes."

About Product Quality
Batteries: Absolute worst quality. Extremely poor backup and performance.
Body & Panels: A complete waste of money. They never fit properly.
Charging Boards/Speakers : The only decent product they sell. Quality is fine here.

Do Read This Unfair Return Policy:
If you receive a defective or ill-fitting part and want a replacement, you have to pay out of your own pocket again for the courier charges to send it back.

Overall, terrible customer service and unreliable product quality. Think twice before buying from them!

I ordered a compatible Honour 90 charger; they sent me a 12w basic charger. The customer service is very poor; they are not listening to the customer's problem.

Worst shopping experience.

I received a back panel that was not compatible with my phone. Instead of properly reviewing my complaint, the support team kept sending the same copy-paste warranty replies without addressing the actual issue. Even after multiple conversations and explaining everything over calls and messages, they refused to provide a fair resolution.

This was my first and last purchase from Maxbhi. I will never buy from them again and will not recommend Maxbhi to anyone. I will also share my genuine experience on social media and other review platforms so that other customers can make an informed decision before purchasing.

While placing the order for my spare part it was showing delivery date has 27/7/2026 and once you people got the order confirmed after getting my payment the product is now going to be delivered only by 30/07/2027 extremely disappointed with the service!!
