Awful company thry obviously don't like women, I tried to call get something they promised to send they never answer Avoid at all costs. They would not even shake my Mrs hand, they sell shit cars had to spend money on it now all sorted, they talk load of shit.

I recently purchased a car from MB Cars in Swindon, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was greeted with a warm welcome and professional service.

The sales team was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. They provided me with a range of options, without any pressure to make a quick decision.

I highly recommend MB Cars in Swindon for anyone looking to buy a car. Their exceptional customer service, honesty, and attention to detail made the whole experience enjoyable, and I look forward to returning in due to course to buy my next car.

Unfortunately not a great place to buy a used car. I went in last week placed a deposit on a 7 seater, all looked good , fresh mot on 9th July “service” yet on the drive home. Which was 5 minutes, warning lights coming up on the dash board, also illegal to drive at night due to reg lamp lights not working which would have failed MOT, somehow it still passed. Also 12V lighter completely pushed in. Not useable.
Yes I appreciate they did issue a full refund. So I’m not out of pocket but only had car for 45 minutes before returning. On AA website price was listed as £3,990 they said they would respect this, which then came back and said the seller of the car wanted £4,300 which we was happy to pay. Oervall a horrible experience, out of pocket for insurance as only got a part refund, and also had get two taxis home with 3 children because we were now carless.

They didn’t once offer to fix the car or our problems once we returned, yes they offered a full refund, and then we’re making comments about how good it was of them to refund us so quickly, to which I stated it was my statutory rights to take a broken unsafe car back.

We then were left outside in the forecourt with a 2 month old baby, and two other children whilst we had to order two separate taxis to get home as we were now car less and stranded . NAZ couldn’t care less and just watched from inside the showroom. Zero compassion, we also lost money on our insurance as we only could get a part refund.

Also the broken car zafira has gone back up on their website and other 3rd party dealers….yet this all happened Sunday, so unsure how they fixed it.

Last thing I will add they kept repeating they’re religious and god would never let them mess around with a family.

I’ve also rang up Mb cars today to cancel the tax, to make sure I’m covered they’ve called me names on the phone “saying they don’t appreciate me S***ing of the business that they don’t need “b***h customers like myself. AVOID AVOID. he also said he did me a favour refunding me, when I had very right to return a car that was faulty within 30 mins of driving it. Also the MOT they used was clearly fraudulent LUCK NOW, as if it had been done correctly the car wouldn’t have passed the MOT. conman hiding behind religious beliefs to act as good people.

After knowing we wanted a SAFE family car, we drove the car off the forecourt these guys are based in Stratton, by the time we had got from the forecourt to Tesco ocotal way, 2-3 min journey multiple warning lights came up on the dashboard. This turned out to be a coolant failure and also the registration lights weren’t working.(which is illegal points on license and a fine) we point blank couldn’t drive the car at night time. Also apparently this had a fresh MOT the day before (yet the warning lights and faults would have been an instant fail) so I’d argue the MOTS are faked. Also the 12V lighter port was completely pushed in with live wires hanging out. within half an hour we were back at the dealership requesting a refund.

I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from MB cars . I found them professionally clear & transparent in every way giving you helpful advice never pushing you for a sale.Given you time to consider the options which are available.There cars are off a high standard & they are more then fair on trade ins Nigel Dunmall Scotland

Jeckel and Hyde dealers - nice when wanting to take your money for a complete heap.. then when you return with a problem they decide to first try talking to a female customer in a patronising sexist manner & like I know nothing about cars.. all before verbally abuse you before lying about the fact they've done it, and laugh when you say the car could of killed your 4 and 2 year old who were travelling in the car when the brakes failed. sold a completely unsafe car and then left to deal with it - more underseal than metal and a failed bodge on the exhaust, let alone all the rust throughout the compete braking system leading to its failure - dodgy MOT's supplied when leaving & even dodgy mechanics claiming to fix it, but actually causing more damage to the car. AA & Trading standards have been advised - DVLA contacted about the MOT's which have not flagged up the issues on the car - left seriously out of pocket with a vehicle not safe & roadworthy as they described - complete joke they claim to be AA approved & all vehicles inspected. STAY WELL CLEAR!!!

Had a car from them and on the first mot would have needed over £700 to sort it out . Well out of pocket not what you expect when you spend over £4000 for the car in the first place

TLDR: very nice people for the purpose of selling. Would not recommend unless you enjoy driving filth.

Should be called MB cars swindlers. Nothing personal but I just drove few hours to see a car in mint condition. The pictures they posted were re-edited. What I was assured to be a perfect condition and a deal of a life time, turned out to be a scratched junk. I totally see how they can scam people with no knowledge.
1) Before I arrived I was told they have 6 months warranty. Turned out its 1 month warranty and 2 more on just the engine
2) Car was checked and fully working... but straight away I saw the passenger headlight wasn’t working (minor thing but adds up)
3) Was told that low mileage was due to old lady giving lift to special needs family member. Service book confirmed that the car hasn’t been used for years! If you know a little bit about the car – this is much, much worse than heavy usage. Did they lie... I leave it up to you to decide.
4) Severe rust around the front and back breaks and visible on the alloys, which proves the car was parked outside with no usage at all for a very prolonged period of time. Once again the service book implies few years!
5) The front bumper was clearly readjusted, possibly the car was in an accident
6) Burn marks on the driver seat and steering wheel
7) Whole inside would have to be washed to be usable. Stains, damaged and cut fabric.
8) Front panel/dashboard covered in what looked like an oil, on pictures this hides scratch marks... and while checking the car, after folding the back seats, a pile of dog hair that was missed during cleaning... and even more severe scratch marks all over the car inside
9) I was told the car was in perfect condition with just some minor stone chip marks... looking closer the car had plenty scratch marks all over. This includes deep scratch on the front bumper which confirms readjustment to it and on driver side mirror. Both front doors on the side missing paint. Someone was opening the door hard and didn’t care at all what they hit.
The car itself on webuyanycar is worth £3500. They priced it at almost £6000. Considering the above, I would be VERY hesitant to purchase it for £3000. While speaking to one of the guys, he spilled the beans that they got it for around £3k.
