Purchase of aquarium
From start to finish, this was an excellent service. I received prompt acknowledgement of my order, was kept informed of delivery status, and the delivery driver could not have been more helpful. For a delivery scheduled for between 9-11 am, he arrived at 9.01 am and was extremely helpful. First-class service and would highly recommend.

Delivery was exactly as specified and within the time slot.

Everything was easy and no issues at all.
Delivery time was provided couple days in advance. Was delayed slightly (this was due to road works/ protests and main roads being closed so not the drivers fault). Driver called me to apologise and gave me a rough timeframe and turned up in that time frame.
Would happily use again and refer to anyone else looking to buy anything

Well informed on what was going on delivered on time driver very good nice tank value for money great the only problem I had with it was the lid don’t like that but other than that whole experience was good from start to finish

About to order a 300L tank
About to order a 300L tank. Emailed the company to get info on what other equipment I may need, as I was a beginner.
Their reply: buy a smaller tank (Very Helpful).I Then tried 3 times to contact them by phone=Not available. What does this say about the company, even before I buy, what afterwards!!

The stand is exactly as described and it didn’t take long to make either. Looks amazing too. This company is amazing, customer service is brilliant and will answer any questions you have, arrived on the day it was supposed to and driver brought it inside and put it where I wanted it. Excellent service. Not like others that leave it at kerb or outside your door. You do have to wait a little longer but the wait is worth it. Totally recommend this shop
