I bought the tank as an early Xmas gift for my son and his partner. Their turtle has now moved into it. They tell me the delivery went well, and they are very pleased with the tank, they say the glass is strong and thick. I was kept up to date by text and email regarding the delivery. Satisfied customers.

300lt tank - great quality tank, exactly as ordered. Phoned up to agree a delivery date due to my availability and everything went perfectly. The tank was going in my shed and the driver took it down my garden for me on a truck, as a pensioner that was much appreciated.

Very easy process from beginning to end, even when I ordered the wrong size it was rectified with ease. Brilliant service especially as they brought it your home and put it where you want. I appreciate the honesty of the delivery man telling me my stand wouldn’t hold the weight with water in it. Although he scared me a bit it was better than having a flood and a ruined new tank.other companies would not have cared so much. Can’t wait for the stand to come so I can set it up. Definitely a five star service from beginning to end

Quick delivery options and the driver turned up within the delivery window that we were told he would.

This is the first time I've ordered from here and I was not disappointed. The prices were very good and the tank is of very good quality.
The delivery did take a little longer than I would have liked but that was simply because my tank had broken and this was the replacement so the terrapin was having to live in our bath.

Great communication. Delivery driver was a total star. Dropped to the room of our choice. Once up the unit is crazy sturdy and it’s such an amazing deal. We are mega impressed with all but one thing. The instructions to build the unit, what a total ballache and I don’t even have any balls!! As an Audhd person I need step by step instructions but the one picture with all info on the same picture not done step by step meant a total nightmare to build it. If the instructions were better it would be an 11/10. Great company to deal with. Fast efficient service. Many thanks.

Am really glad I ordered from here. Was a bit worried about delivery and reached out before putting the order in. I wasn't going to be free on one of the possible delivery days, but staff talked me through how we could make the delivery work for me. The tank, stand and lid has now been delivered and the fish tank looks beautiful. Just in the process of filtering the water in the tank before putting fish in it.
