Had an issue with a product not working as it should and it was resolved very quickly, replacement was sent straight away no issues. 5 stars.

Excellent service and product. The box had been damaged in transit and a few small bolts were missing on arrival. I emailed to report the issue and immediately heard back from Akshay who sorted it without any hesitation and got the bolts dispatched the same day. Top class service.

Fantastic service 👏 order the basketball stand and nett etc and had it delivered next day 12.48pm fast quick and efficient from MC sport and very professional service from the Sales person Yatin 10/10. 🙂

Great customer service. I dealt with the same person (Akshay) throughout the returns process and was well looked after.

Experience was brilliant from start to finish was dealing with Kerri over the last few months about purchasing my reformer she kept me in the loop at all times with an update on when it would arrive when there was a delay with the shipping she got it sorted immediately that day and it was delivered the following day. Absolutely love the reformer and can’t wait to add some extras to it now.

I quickly found what I needed on the website, and got some very good bundle deals. I sent a message asking if delivery could be as quick as possible and I was delighted when Akshay replied that it was dispatched. I placed the order over the weekend and received it on Tuesday.
I’m very happy to have given the business to an Irish Company who have excelled in choice, price, delivery and customer care.

VERY IMPRESSED

I can't speak highly enough about the service and assistance that I have recently experienced in my dealings with Yatin from MC Sport.

I was looking for a particular item of exercise equipment, from a particular manufacturer, that no company in Ireland was selling.

I found a few companies seling other equipment from this manufacturer, and e-mailed them to enquire if they could order what I was looking for.

MC Sport were the only company that was willing to help.

From the outset, communication with Yatin was clear and concise. He was very patient, polite and understanding. He answered every question I had - and there were quite a few.

Once the order was placed and payment was made, I was kept updated and informed throughout the whole process, and received my order within the time-frame that was given.

The only thing I could say with regard to room for improvement, is that the shipping charges listed on the website could do with being updated, and that taxes relating to products and shipping should be made clearer.

I haven't tested the equipment yet, because it's going to take time to assemble it, but I can clearly see that it is a quality product.

I was very impressed with Yatin and all of the hard work he put into looking after me. Excellent Customer Service.

MC Sport should be commended for going the extra mile for their customers and having staff members like Yatin on their team. It is something a lot of other Irish companies could surely learn from.

Yatin from the sales team in McSport was exceptional to deal with. After some back and forth over email to ensure my order was correct he made sure it would arrive at a time I was home to accept delivery.
