Great customer service and quick delivery. I ordered two mats and needed them urgently for an exam, and the customer service representative I dealt with, Akshay, was so kind and helpful. He helped to ensure that my order was dispatched quickly and gave me as much help as he could. I would definitely order from McSport.ie again.

Bought equipment back in October, ran into an issue with one of the adjustable dumbbells, customer support and the lads on the showroom were brilliant, very friendly and helpful, the issue was resolved within hours.

Such a disappointing experience. I bought a pair of adjustable dumbbells, 2x slam balls and a few sets of bands off the black Friday deal in November 2024. When I got the equipment, realized that that one of the balls didn't have a weight label on it, the bands were the wrong bands and the adjustmentable dumbbells were not locking in properly.

As soon as I realised the day after i unpacked the equipment, I emailed Mcsport & got no reply for almost 2 weeks. I then gave them a call as I was going to go on holidays for 3 weeks and want to make sure I sorted the order out before I left. When I called, I spoke to a manager who was very nice and said he would fix the order. He mentioned that the dumbbells sometimes need to be reset and encouraged me to reset and try them again.
I returned the bands/ unlabeled slam ball but had to call again as even after attempting to reset the adjustable weights they were not working. At this point I was leaving for 3 weeks in 2 days so I did not have time for someone to come collect them before we left. The same manager said it was not a problem, and to contact him in the new year. The day I got home from holidays I emailed mcsport to ask to move forward with the return process. Again, I was met with no response via email.
At this point I called them to explain the situation & was told by someone new that the manager I was previously speaking to had left the company and that I could not have someone come out to collect the dumbbells as I was previously told was happening.
This whole process has been so disappointing. I spent €250 on these weights for my gym, I run my own studio and have very little time to be back and forth with no email responses, & staff who does not communicate. I was told by a manager before Christmas they would send someone to collect the weights before Christmas just to be told he had left and no one would be collecting them. Such poor customer service, lack of communication and an unprofessional approach to a situation that shouldn't of happened in the first place. Do not order from this company.

Akshay was the customer service representative who dealt with my query. I have to say that he was fantastic. My issue was resolved very quickly and painlessly. Akshay used a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. I have made 3 purchases from McSport and have had positive experiences throughout. I’d have no hesitation in recommending them.

I purchased a "premium message gun" from McSport, the product itself is great however after only 18months it has stopped working and no longer holds a change. Costumer service has advised me there is nothing that they can do as it is out of warranty and that the product can not be fixed. Customer service attempted to sell me an alternative product with less moving parts however the issue was the battery not and not parts. I will not purchase another of these products from your company as I fear this happening again in another 18months.

Recently purchased a treadmill from McSport, which was advertised to include a 1-year iFIT membership at the time of purchase. However, after receiving the product, I noticed that the offer had been changed on their website to a 30-day free trial. When I reached out to McSport to address the issue, I was met with outright denial of the original offer, with their team insisting it had always been a 30-day trial despite clear evidence to the contrary.

Using an XML sitemap, I was able to confirm that the webpage was updated on 16th January, after my purchase, which is when they altered the offer details. Even after presenting this evidence, McSport ignored my concerns and provided no resolution. It was only through iFIT directly that I was able to claim the original offer.

The lack of accountability and the dismissive nature of McSport’s customer service has left me deeply dissatisfied. Not only did they refuse to honour the deal, but their deceptive approach in pretending the offer never existed reflects poorly on their integrity as a company. To make matters worse, their aftercare team failed to respond when faced with undeniable proof.

For a company in the sports and fitness industry, customer trust and aftercare should be a priority. Unfortunately, my experience with McSport has been anything but positive. If you’re considering buying from them, be wary of what’s advertised and prepared for poor support if something goes wrong

Great customer experience. Had an issue with a Christmas delivery and I reached out to McSport. End to end they were great - item replaced and even assembled when delivered. Would highly recommend and will definitely be a return customer in the future.

I Ordered a walking mat. Unboxed it and had a horrendous noise from the motor. Called about it to get replacement was asked to send video got no response send further emails and called to talk to someone else in customer service. It’s now been a month and no further on. I would not buy anything ever again. Legal action pending

I ordered weights on a Thursday night, and some were delivered Monday morning, and the remaining were delivered Tuesday morning. It was the delivery company's fault, as everything was with them and I got a good price.

We ordered a pool table that was the wrong depth and couldn't be placed where intended. As the item was still in original packaging and as new, the return collection was organised and we are due to receive our refund less courier fee's. After an unfortunate series of events and disappointed ourselves as it was to be a Christmas present, we found the customer service by McSport to be excellent, in particular Akshay Shah. We have purchased many items at McSport in the past but this was the first time we engaged with them directly and got the issue resolved in a satisfactory manner over a busy Christmas period.

Got a Winmau Blade 6 dart board delivered, box was clearly opened and retaped up (watched numerous unboxing videos and none looked like this), not sure why but may explain the atrocious quality of the board.looks as if it had been refurbished or something, definitely not new condition as advertised. Tears, gaps, scrapes and dents all over the board. Not what I expect when paying more than 70 euro on a NEW board. Radio silence from customer service, so stuck with a product that is defective, not fit for purpose or as described and down 70 odd euro. Won’t be buying from here again.

Bought the F200 cage and pulley system along with other products. The quality is great, and there are good delivery times. Akshay Shah was brilliant in customer service to help me with a setup question.

I do not recommend! The treadmill was purchased in advance over 2 weeks ago. It has been in stock in the store since December 6. The website states that delivery takes 2-3 days... This is a lie! I write to them and receive information that I should be patient. later they write that the parcel has been sent and is on its way, but it takes a whole week! I asked for the courier's number and they didn't want to give it! Scammers!!!

I found the service was excellent and the staff (Akshay in particular) to be efficient and always replied to any questions l had.

I have bought 3 exercise bikes from McSport and up until this bike purchase they had been really responsive but clearly standards have slipped.
I bought a rather expensive bike from them in the autumn and it’s been nothing but problems since.
The bike is clearly faulty and they’ve sent a repair engineer who openly admits he doesn’t know how to service the brand of bike. The customer service agent says he is speaking to the manufacturer about the issue but it’s still rumbling on after weeks of waiting. This is really poor and reflects badly on McSport.
I don’t like posting reviews like this but bad service needs to be called out. Any time I ring I’m told they are working on the issue but it’s beyond poor. It’s truly abysmal service.
Would think twice about using MCSport again which is a pity as I have always tried to support an Irish company over a non Irish one but would recommend people to go elsewhere to be frank. Quite disappointing overall.

It was my first time buying gym equipment for my son and didn’t know muc about what he was looking for so when I called I met Ash and he was very helpful. I sent him on what I wanted and he put the best package together for me. I would recommend ye to anyone and I will definitely be purchasing again if needed from MC sport again.
