when i rang them to ask a question they answered it and another occasion they had to check they said they would call me back and they did. now thats good service!

We did not need to use the insurance but the website was easy to use

Easy to navigate website and complete questionnaire. Transaction all went smoothly. Fortunately I didn’t need to make any claims but the insurance did provide peace of mind.

Very easy website to access to gain a quote. Loved the fact I had communication hope you had a trip. I had no issues so was happy I didn't need to use and make a claim.

This insurance is an absolute must if you are travelling abroad for surgery. Medical travelsheild is one of almost no providers that offer this peace of mind.

It’s very difficult to rate this company as I purchased a medical insurance, but I never had to claim on it. The test of any insurance company is how they deal with claims so giving an average score as everything was done online so unable to even rate their customer services

A heartfelt thankyou to medical travel shield specially Allison the manager, our loved 1 passed away abroad in turkey after having elective surgery there. The whole team at travel shield made sure they supported us along the way. We wanted our loved back in the Uk for burial. We were so scared as we had heard horror stories of how long it takes to get loved ones back from abroad. At travel shield our loved one was back with us within 3 days. Thankyou once again for the love and support.

Insurance is something you pay for and hope you never need to use. I have my regular annual holiday insurance but as I was visiting a dentist in Turkey (a certified dentist) I wanted something to cover me should there be any issues. I didn't really doubt the Dentist but it's something my regular insurance wouldn't have covered and I wanted peace of mind. Everything went great with the Dentist and im so happy with the quality of work but it definitely made me feel happier still knowing that im protected.

Did not need this policy but was impressed at how easy it was to set up and how quickly the policy came through. I also felt secure once I had put policy in place
