Absolute Joke!
4 times I have received emails asking me to ring due to fraudulent and suspicious activity, every time it is 30/40 minutes long and I get told that it is resolved and I won’t have any further problems! I have stopped ringing now because I don’t have the time or the patience to go through all the same rigmarole again and again and again!! I guess will cancel and use a reputable card supplier

Best credit card company I've encountered
Been with this card company for a good few years now and they have been excellent, handling any queries or questions I might have had via their customer service department, I never been miss charged, due to any errors on their part, all ways bang on. The service provided has been excellent from the start, there security team are superb as well, they were on the case within minutes when someone tried to scam my card, top marks all round. A pleasure to do business with.

Pulse have been really great
Pulse have been really great. They give plenty of notice of when my payment is due, and give options to pay various amounts off of my balance which enables me to budget for the month without hassle.
Great company highly recommended.
