good phone system but difficult billing
I have been with Meraki for approximately 3 years now. The company are great at sales but the after care is quite poor and can be frustrating. The phone system works well but as soon as there is something wrong with billing it seems to take months to sort out and endless calls and emails. We had long standing billing issues last year with things getting added to the bill without being asked. You then have to ask to remove these things and it can take a long time to get answers. Then even add on a charge to access your bills.
After 6 months or so things were finally sorted. We were recently persuaded to continue into a new contract after being promised quite a lot. We were unsure if to renew but did based on the salesperson promising the service would be much better now. The phones work fine but again it is taking months to get fees refunded that were promised at the time of sale. It seems there is a lack of communication between the sales team and then when it goes over to another team.
Was also told did not need to pay their insurance and sent proof, then had to sort it out ourselves to get it off the bill as it our proof of insurance was not sent to the insurance. This is dont via another company and is a pain to sort out. At time of sale I was told it was all sorted but again materialises it wasn't, this will all of a sudden appear on your bill at a later date.
Overall the phone systems work really well, but be very careful to check your bills and opt out of any extras. Things just get added without notice in the hope you won’t see and when they need to refund you will have to chase for months and resend the same email numerous times. Probably better than the big companies but still service isn’t the best.

Had our office phones installed today. The young engineer Andrew was extremely polite and patient teaching us old farts how to use the new equipment.
Highly recommend the company so far and we are due our new mobiles next week.

After years with my pervous provider
After years with my pervous provider , i decided it was time to make the switch to a new broadband and phone system.This is because my phone system was very out dated and so was my broadband .
