My advise is if your looking to change…
My advise is if your looking to change your phone system DO NOT touch this company. It has been a nightmare from the start (installed in May) and still not resolved 5 months later. They will come in and sell you the world, then do not fulfil the easy transition from current supplier.
No one is ever available to speak to when there is a question regarding "where's the payment" they seem to be in meetings from 9.00am to 5.00pm, but then again if they have other customers with the same issues, then maybe meetings 5 days a week is a must have to try figure out how to sort out the mayhem.
We are currently still being billed from our old supplier and new supplier so double bubble !
This company is an absolute shambles !
DON'T DO IT
We also lost a days trading due to the internet change over which again went Pete tong !
Yes they maybe cheaper but at the same time if you take into consideration the time I have spent trying to get this resolved it's NOT worth it.
Like they say "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR "

Outstanding staff and service from Meraki…
Changing over to an alternative phone supplier plus installing wifi at my small business was a daunting concern especially as I am limited in technical matters. I cannot speak highly enough of two gentlemen at Meraki for their help,patience and ability to get me set up. Initially in the planning stages,Liam who explained clearly how everything would be done and on the day of changeover,Jack who guided me through some technical problems in the set up.Unlike other firms where you are left waiting for ages wondering if you have been cut off or speaking to someone many hundreds of miles away who cannot grasp your problems,Jack was totally brilliant and determined to get me sorted with his friendly and clear instructions.I am very confident that I made the right choice to go with Meraki.
