I have been with Merchant 1 Payments for many years and the customer service is outstanding. They are reliable and Calvin my account manager is very personable. Whenever I am approached from another provider I always say no as I trust Merchant 1 and feel their is no need to change.

I work with Calvin Jacobs and couldn't be happier with the customer service and dedication to his position. Quick responses, full details when answering questions and willingness to go beyond the status quo to ensure our account was optimized to its maximum capacity. Fantastic service and rates, we recently switched to Merchant 1 and are glad we did.Their service is absolutely great and the rates are much lower than we were paying before. The switch was easy and seamless . We highly recommend them . Calvin and his team are tops!!

My experience dealing with merchant 1 has always been very good. I normally deal with Calvin as I do a lot of the office stuff of ordering terminals, changing bank accounts, setting up new businesses, ect. I have called the help line a couple times and they have been great also.

Since than we saved lots of money on processing customer credit cards payments. Our processing charges dropped by 1.7473% and monthly fixed charges went down from $110 to $39.98.

Customer service has always been helpful, quick and responsive. When I have had questions or needed something to be resolved, it was taken care of right away and done in an efficient manner.

The system is easy to use, and if there are any issues with the equipment or online service the customer service is friendly, knowledgeable and prompt.

We have received great service and pricing from Merchant 1 and have had no complaints about switching over. Any time we have had a question / issue, it has been responded to promptly. We have saved hundreds of dollars a month in merchant fees!

So nice to have a company that stands by their word. No unfulfilled promises. Upfront and honest. Always willing to take the time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Our bank was missing a credit card payment. Merchant 1 immediately sent me backup showing that the payment was transmitted to our bank and the problem was resolved. It was a bank error.
