Jag Clare service
Jag Clare was very helpful during his visit. He quickly removed the mold and explained how to prevent it from happening again. He also noticed numerous cracks in the house and immediately took pictures to report it. Throughout the whole process he explained what may have been the causes of all these issues and was extremely informative.

Jo rose my rent officer has been extremely supportive by putting in place arrangements that I could manage whilst taking in consideration my circumstances. I did not expect this kind of help from any housing organisation and it helped to lift my spirits, whilst giving me back some control of my finances.
