We had Hatel (I think that’s how you spell it) come to our property today and he was amazing, professional, informative and just very helpful. Made sure we were happy with all the work carried out. Made sure the work that wasn’t was done when he was there and even took time to talk to my children who kept saying hi. Honestly he’s an asset to the company

I had Martin White come out and do some plastering on our living room wall. He was very detail oriented and took his time to ensure that the wall was completely even. He answered all my questions and offeee advice regarding any follow-ups work that would be required with expected times this could start to be booked in from. He was very polite and cannot recommend him enough.

Been living at this address for well over 20 years, in the early years had so many issues. But in the last 10 years Midland Heart have been amazing. So I thank you 😊

Surveyor Ashish from specialist repair team visited today. Very polite, professional and raised repairs for me with no problem

Martin white was a clean and kind man he went beyond his job discretion and cleaned up after his work would keep him to help me around the house thanks Martin very greatfull

I booked some repairs as my taps and shower were leaking. Mr Ian Griffin came within the time frame that was given. He was very polite and professional, I asked him if he could wear his shoe protection as not to dirty my stair carpet. He said yes of course.His work was perfect he repaired all my leaking taps and shower, He was so cleaned areas he was working in I was very pleased

It is safe and peaceful flat block to live in.
Have lived in this block near 20 years, neighbours moved in and out by their circumstances change, this place always been keeping tidy in public area inside block.Rubbish bin has been collected, window outside has been cleaned on regularly bases. And furthermore,there are nothing happen to make resident terrify, they feel peace in mind.

Good but if do all house again rebuild because too cold inside and some time rain falling on roof in our bedrooms and dining room .

The rent staff just wouldn't listen to me it really stressed me out, I won't be going through that again very disappointed

The process was flawless from start to finish. The maintenance gentleman Apolostis was on time, was very polite and efficient and clean. All in all excellent 👍

Dave & Evrol came to my home to fit in a new bath tub. They did an Amazing job. They ensured they cleaned up after themselves. They were polite patient and welcoming. I highly reccommed there service. The finishing touch was just perfect 10/10

Paul Frankton came to my property and showed me his photo id and told me his name and that he was from Midland Heart and he had came to do repairs in my property.
He was very polite which I appreciated.

I had reported and he carried out the repairs and showed me what he had done and checked I was happy with the repair which I was very happy.
He carried out the repairs in good time and removed any rubbish and cleaned the surface he had worked on which I appreciated.

Angry at rent prices to live in a place that is a mess. Paying charges for maintenance of area where it is always looking disgraceful! Litter everywhere , I’d might aswell live in a tip !
Want a move but can’t get one as no one wants to live where we do because of the state of it ! No support from housing officer don’t even know who it is !

Steve from Midland Heart came out to do some work today (mould treatment).

Steve is very polite and jovial. He is very professional, he showed his ID upon arrival and explained what he was going to do before he entered my home.

Lovely to have met him. Would welcome him back into my home again. We need more work men like him. Thank you Steve, all the very best keep being you.

Lee Tennant advisor was professional polite, punctual and great to deal with very happy with Lee s work attitude!
I have had some terrible experiences with other MH staff , but Lee gets ten out of ten thanks Darren.

Jagjit, came and explained everything to me and has now reassured me that the damp and mold will be sorted, he told me he will try his best to give us the help that we need. He took pictures and explained how the jobs should be done. Thank you
Also Steve came too and explained what was wrong with our walls and he cleaned everything up. He was very calm and reassuring.
