Very good service to transfer Airport Malpensa Milano a Zermatt!! Thanks a Lot!

Unfortunately, our experience with Milan Airport Transfers was extremely disappointing on both journeys, and I would not use this company again.
On arrival at Milan Airport, there was no driver waiting for us at Arrivals, as we reasonably expected from a pre-booked airport transfer. We were left trying to work out where the driver was, with unclear communication via WhatsApp. Eventually, we discovered that he was waiting at Departures rather than Arrivals.
When we finally found the correct area, I approached the driver and spoke to him, only to be told that he was not our driver. Around ten minutes later, the same person approached us and, bizarrely, turned out to be our driver after all. His manner was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Not exactly the smooth meet-and-greet experience you expect after arriving at an airport.
The return journey was worse. The vehicle arrived 30 minutes late, which is stressful enough when travelling to an airport. The company subsequently pointed out that their terms allow for traffic delays, but that doesn't address the overall quality of the service we received.
More concerning was the condition of the vehicle. It was certainly not what I would describe as a luxury vehicle, despite that being the level of service we believed we had booked, and numerous engine warning lights were illuminated on the dashboard during the journey. This made the trip extremely uncomfortable and left us genuinely concerned about the condition of the vehicle.
We subsequently complained and requested a refund. The company's response was essentially that both journeys had ultimately been completed and therefore they considered the service to have been satisfactorily provided. They also pointed out that we had not raised concerns about the vehicle's condition during the journey.
I found that response particularly disappointing. A passenger should not have to diagnose or formally report possible mechanical issues while sitting in a vehicle trying to get to the airport. The fact that a journey eventually reaches its destination does not, in my view, automatically mean that the service has been provided to an acceptable standard.
Our request for even a partial refund was refused.
Overall, our experience involved poor meeting arrangements, confusing communication, a late return collection and a vehicle whose condition caused us genuine concern. What disappointed me almost as much as the transfers themselves was the way our subsequent complaint was handled, with the emphasis seemingly placed on the fact that the journeys had technically been completed rather than addressing the substance of our concerns.
Based purely on our experience, I would not use Milan Airport Transfers again.

Booking process was easy . Drivers contacted before pick-up day to introduce themselves. Arrived punctually

Unreliable, untrustworthy, scam alert. I booked a pick up from Milan airport which was confirmed via email and they charged my credit card EUR165. On the day my flight arrived they cancelled the taxi via email out of the blue and promised a refund. I have been chasing a refund for 3 weeks with no reply to emails or messages. Had to contact my credit card fraud dept to facilitate a refund.

FLAWLESS experience from start to finish. Will use again and I highly recommend for others.

Excellent taxi service! The driver arrived on time, was polite and professional, and the ride was smooth and comfortable. The vehicle was clean, the fare was fair, and I reached my destination safely and on schedule. I highly recommend this service.

I paid 175 euro to be picked up from Milan airport. Nobody turned up!

Would highly recommend Milan Airport Transfers! We used them to travel to/from Bellagio from/to MXP. They were easy to communicate with, and we even changed the number of passengers without issue. They were on time and reliable, and the size of our vehicle was more than enough space for all of our luggage. Will use them again if we're back in the area.

Good value. Reliable. Very good communication between Denise at head office and ourselves but also from the drivers too in terms of sending photos through WhatsApp of where they were and what car they were in etc. Took a lot of stress out of the transfers from Bergamo to Como. I’d definitely use again

Very easy early morning transfer for 7 people from Milan to MXP. The company messaged by WhatsApp the day prior to confirm, and our driver was there promptly at 5 am.

I was extremely disappointed with the transfer. I had made an enquiry and exchanged a number of messages seeking an estate car to transfer my disabled wife and myself as my wife is unable to climb into a minivan. This was agreed to and hence the booking made. I was horrified to find that despite this a van was sent. Your driver was extremely helpful and professional in picking up my wife and placing her into the van, however she was extremely upset that this was necessary - very, very disappointing!!

Just back from a trip to Milan and used this company. Excellent service, great communication at all times to ensure a pleasant and stress free journey. Drivers arrived beforehand and were well on time and were friendly and helpful with luggage. Would highly recommend.

To be honest, I had reservations but for other personal reasons decided to use this transfer service. From the pick up to the destination amd the return was faultless. The drivers were extremely polite, cheerful and helpful. The conditions of the cars immaculate. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company above a standard taxi. Driver was waiting for us on arrival at Linate and messaged on landing. He was very polite and helped with our luggage. The car was very well presented and the journey into Milan was comfortable.
