Good price and very efficient service at the airport - the driver was waiting with a sign. Taking one star off because of the speed he drove at on the motorway, it was a bit hairy at times but I guess that's standard for italy

I can't express how grateful I am to your company. My flight was delayed and I needed to get from one Milan airport to another, as the flight was in 2.5 hours. Denise was in touch with me the entire time; she did everything she could to make sure I arrived on time. And my best driver in the world, Sebastiano, dropped me off half an hour early and had an interesting conversation with me the entire way. I've never seen such service and willingness to help! Thank you so much!

Following a flight delay, we arrived in Milan on January 4, 2026, approximately nine hours late. About five hours before arrival, I booked a taxi with Airport Taxi Transfers and received confirmation from an assigned driver. Despite this, no driver was present upon arrival, and a subsequently assigned replacement was also unable to reach us in time.
All communication with operations was handled via chat. The representative, Denise (COSMO, Sardinia), was consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on resolving the issue. As no alternative driver could be arranged, it was agreed that I would take a regular taxi and receive reimbursement.
While the initial amount was refunded after eight days, the additionally promised fare difference has still not been credited nearly two weeks later. The administrative process was therefore unacceptably slow.
Conclusion: Service disruptions can happen, especially with short-notice bookings. However, despite good customer service, the execution and reimbursement process lacked reliability.

Our driver was a very good and safe driver. Our luggage was delayed and the driver was super flexible and happy to wait for us and even went to the other terminal to pick up the last passenger who arrived on a different flight. Drive was completely smooth and the vehicle very comfortable. The agency kept in touch with us the whole time to ensure that we always had contact which was very reassuring.

Order is straightforward and easy, right after payment I was contacted and later was provided with contact of the driver who was waiting for me right before the exit. Car was clean and in a good condition, drive was great. Absolutely worth it and I would definitely recommend the service.

They are very professional and also take interest in client welfare. They sent me messages before the trip with details. Apart from the driver, the office also kept in contact with me throughout the whole time, before arrival, upon arrival, giving me directions how to meet the driver, up till we arrived at the Hotel. Very professional and helpful. I recommend them 100%. We had a lot of big luggage and a very spacious and comfortable van was sent and the ride was smooth. Definitely booking with them again.

I was skeptical at first when doing my research for Airport transfers as the price is really very competitive. I am Singaporean so I compared with at least 7 other providers including Klook & Uber (advance booking). I took a leap of faith to book my transfer from Linate Airport to my accommodation at Duomo. If its trustworthy, i will book my Transfer to Malpensa with this company again. I did!
Process was super smooth. I booked my transfer at the very last minute just the night before my morning flight to Linate airport from Arlanda Stockholm. Denise (the customer support) contacted me via Whatsapp the next morning, just before my flight, to confirm and assured me of my transport with the driver contact and details. While retrieving our luggages after landing at Linate, I Whatsapp the driver and he replied promptly that he was already waiting outside. Gianluca, the driver, held up a sign with my name and it was easy to locate him. He helped with our luggages to the very huge Van as we had 4 large luggages with us. He was really friendly.
i thank Denise and told her that we will gladly book the return transport back to Malpensa, this time i had full confidence it was going to be smooth.
As expected, the return transport to Malpensa turned out just as efficient and smooth with the Driver Sebastiano.
I am glad to have discovered this company for our future Milan Trips and will highly recommend everyone to use Milan Airport Transfers.
