Camping Advice
I phoned to ask advice on tent purchases and was greeted with really friendly staff offering some great solutions.. I then spoke with Jo the Manager of the Monmouth office who was tremendous. I will be visiting Monouth store soon to make a purchase..

What a great shop
What a great shop. The staff were so helpful and very friendly whilst maintaining a professional approach to the customers needs. The quality of the stock is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. Much better than their local competitor. It’s nice to see a shop that gives as good a service as this one. Definitely recommended and I will be buying from them in the future.

Excellent boots, excellent service!
Bought a pair of walking boots last week. It was lovely to have such a positive experience. There were plenty of boots to choose from and the staff were great. Jess, who helped me find the right boots, was excellent. She knows all about the different makes; the pros and cons of different materials; size and width differences; modern cleaning and proofing gear; etc, etc. I urge you to use your local Millets, so much better than trying to buy online.

Saw a jacket very good price but not in my size assistant asked if she could help said not available in store but would check if at other stores found on line and offered to order and have delivered accepted and delivered within 48hrs excellent customer service

Always have a good experience at Millets, Monmouth, but today was superb. I telephoned early in the day to enquire about a product’s availability. After some helpful advice from Jo, I telephoned again shortly after and they gathered together everything that I needed so that it was ready for payment and collection later in the day. Excellent service and highly recommend.

Wanted a new Bergaus jacket
Wanted a new Bergaus jacket. One in stock was not what I wanted. Store assistant Liz approached me and immediately knew what I wanted. She gave me factual advice on how she could get one to me and with an excellent price. She was most helpful with a great ‘customer orientated’ style. The transaction was quick and efficient.

Great service from millets again today
Great service from millets at Monmouth again. Friendly, efficient staff. They ordered a pair of hiking boots online for me at a very competitive price and they arrived at my house the next day !
